  1. There is a lot to be desired in the marketing suite and it is expensive for higher volumes of emails. What I spend for a ONE TIME blast I could put towards an entire different program that includes texting and unlimited emails. I need to be able to have all my contacts uploaded to a marketing program that also houses contacts from our website and other forms that may not be from BLVD.

  3. Being able to see previous charting quickly is vital. Is there a way to "Rename" old charting so we could make a quick call on what was done without having to open each file ? EX:

    1/1/25- Laser Hair removal Chin, upper lip and legs..

    instead of

    1/1/25- Advanced charting

Booking a client after the service is completed. the front desk should be allowed to put a client on that same day with our interference. the service is already done, we are just trying to collect the money and we can't even put the service in the system with our all the non sense. It is actually making me book the service for another day. WRONG Answer!

  6. Currently, Boulevard doesn't have a built-in feature to suggest upgrades or add-ons specifically at check-in. However, this is a missed opportunity. The system already suggests add ons when the client is booking an appointment online. So when the client checks in, the system should be able to ask the client if she would like to add any add on services associated with her appt since these are already in the system. This is another opportunity to upsell and generate higher ticket revenue. Please add this right away. Not all clients book online, some call or walk in. This will help…

  8. Duplicate and set different parameters for Automated Campaigns.

    Currently I can only run 1 reminder to book automated campaigns with a variable date parameter.

    I would prefer to have two different ones, one to be automated to send 7 days after an appointment, and another to be automated to send 14 days after an appointment.

    Also the ability to rename the automated campaign. Currently I cannot customize the name and its hard to keep track if it is used for something else.

  9. A way similar of merging client profiles, but for staff/employees. Let's say a service provider leaves the company but returns at some point. We of course would like to market to the previous clients and also have reports under the same name. At present if for some reason a manager makes a new profile for the employee, there will always be two. Without the ability to merge, as time goes on the issues continue indefinitely.

  11. Orders will be opened by accident and then left, when reviewing to see if it was an error or if the client owes the company, we have to go one by one and the sysytem refeshes so then we have go back to our place
    very time consuming and a waste of time.
    Just tried to close out all order but this is impossible
    I should be able to review the order and the account, return to sales and check it off, once i am done reveiwing a couple of client then I delete them together

  15. Lumi Skin Bar uses a lot of modifiers for their services. They would like to see them be required, or at least more visible, when booking from the desktop. They are aware and like that they are required for online booking.

  16. What happened to the ability for the Medical Director to enter a note into a chart this is reviewed? It didn't work in the past, but now it's completely absent. I think it's important to be able to make a note if there is an issue or complication.

  17. limit the ability for services to be booked by only specific clients, such as clients who have a membership. Some of our services are for members only and we do not offer them to non-members. However, currently either anyone can book the service online or none of our members can book the service online.

  19. Wish there was verbage on the email booking confirmations something along the lines "add to calendar" or make the appointment time and sevice a link to click. A lot of clients are unaware that theyt can create a calendar event.
