NEW vs. CURRENT Clients Online Booking
We have an issue with New Patients/clients booking under existing patients. New Patients require additional time for their appointment. This creates a nightmare for our front desk, since many times these are missing - which leads to a poor customer experience, when they show and there isn't enough time allowed for their appointment. It would be great, if there was a question that could be asked at the beginning of online booking. "Are You Currently a Patient at...? Yes or No. Then based off that question they would be show a list of services they can book. Or, maybe there…

privilege setting specific to editing voucher expirations
Not all users who have access to the client profile should be able to change a voucher's expiration date. This impact liabilities and makes it too easy for any user to honor services beyond the company's sales rules. It should be approved and updated by management only.

Improved patient check out experience
You check out processing is outdated and clunky. Having a front desk is outdated here in CA and we are moving toward a more patient friendly operational experience for the patient in which they stay where they are and we come to them for a mobile check out experience. Your competition, Mangomint is already doing this. Not having the ability for 1 device for check out- clinic provider phone or just an iPad needs to be looked at. Be able to make clients inactive/removed from list
We have patients that get scheduled, never show up and are never actually seen in the office, and we can't get them out of our client list. Should have a feature that they can be made inactive, invisible or able to delete them all together.

Customers paying with cash or gift cards would still like to see their cart and total before paying.
When clients are paying with cash or gift card, I have to basically read off their whole cart, then tell them the tax and the total. It would be great if it just shows up on the iPad so it's not so super awkward!

New Payroll report that include all services commissions, Tips and retail commissions
I would like if we could have one report that inludes all the commissions from services and retail plus gratuities. Right now we just have the summary report which does not have any details. We have to send many report to each technician instead of one.

As a digital marketer zapier needs to pull in real data not mock clients.
Also there needs to be a in client information the dollar amount spent and allow tags.

Buy package and use one of the voucher for the service in the same transaction
Currently, if a customer had an appointment and wants to pay by buying a package, they need to first buy the package and then the voucher has to be applied to the service (appointment). One can also add the package to the appointment at checkout but then the voucher cannot be used for that appointment.
It would be useful to be able to have customer pay for their package at appointment checkout, and one voucher is automatically used for the service provided.

Sync BLVD Product Adds to Shopify
MELT by Melissa would find it super helpful to be able to have new products added in BLVD be synced to Shopify. Currently it only syncs from Shopify to BLVD, and they tend to add products in store before launching online sales.

Ability to take videos in charting
It would be amazing to be able to either take/upload videos into a chart. This is specifically helpful if we are doing body treatments and want to have a video of the before/after for comparison

Include a column/row of package sales excluding vouchers in reports
This feature would add a new column or row in reports that automatically excludes vouchers from package sales. The functionality would:
- Automatically identify and filter out vouchers associated with package sales in reports
- Eliminate the need for manual filtering of packages with vouchers

Deleting the "book next appt" button in emailed receipt if you don't offer on-line booking
In the salon guests emailed receipt, there is a button that says, "book next appt." If a salon/spa does not offer on-line booking, this button should be able to be eliminated from the receipt. So this is my suggestion, that you make this feature optional. Thank you.

Voice to text - especially in the chat feature
Voice to text - especially in the chat feature. Nothing is more frustrating that trying to type fast when client is standing there, and you are trying to get an answer from support . Especially if you have to spell check or edit what you are trying to say.

Placing a transaction on hold
Our previous software allowed you to adjust a transaction as if you were checking it out, and then placing it on hold. When the client checked out the transaction was saved. This is very helpful for changing a service, etc. before the client actually checks out.

Online store built in
I know Shopify is an integration, but having native online capabilities would be nice instead of having to build an entire Shopify website to sell products online. I know you can technically make products available to sell online via the booking widget, but that is not really a great option. Maybe having a easy online page that would sync with your created products that would look professional.

Manage different inventory quantities between sites
We should have the ability to have different quantities of products between multiple locations so all the inventory across our business is in sync.

Duplication of elements on forms right where you are
Right now when you duplicate an element on on a form, it goes all the way to the bottom of the form instead of appearing right where you duplicated it, which in most cases is where you would need the duplicate element. It is not efficient to have to scroll all the way to the end of the form and then move the element all the way back up to where you are at.
