Click to View Pre-Paid Services Original Ticket in the Payment Methods Tab
We need the option to effortlessly select a service purchased by a patient within the payment methods area and be instantly directed to the original ticket. Presently, this process is quite time-consuming and challenging, particularly with long-standing clients, due to potential inaccuracies in displaying the purchase date or amount within the payment methods section, hindering our ability to locate the corresponding sales ticket.

Provide basic shapes on the mark-up tool - i.e. arrow.

allow services and products to be combined in a category for booking
Please allow Services and Products (Service Packages) to both be bookable in the same category. We run monthly specials and often have a service as well as a service package (which gets categorized as a product). We can't list them under the monthly special which makes it impossible to book online and complicates things for the customer and the front desk having to do everything manually.

Gift Card Enhancements
We use Gift Cards extensively and need to be able to see/distinguish when gift cards were purchased for myself or others. Otherwise at checkout it gets very messy.
Ability to see gift cards purchased for others in client profile
Ability to see gift cards gifted to/from another client in client profile
Ability to offer promotional gift cards (buy $100, get $50)

I need to be able format my own booking confirmation, reminder, and cancellation emails/texts.
The booking emails from Boulevard are very abrupt and are not in the voice used with any of my spa branding, communication, or marketing. I also don't want clients having so many links and access tied into these emails. I didn't list spa hours in my company settings for a reason, but when a client clicks a link in the confirmation email, my hours are listed as CLOSED every day. Yikes. There are multiple things like this in these emails. Please let us configure our own confirmation emails.

Taking Internal Deposits
We need the ability to take Internal Deposits. We take deposits on all services, not just online services. This should be assignable within the service set up so that it automates the appointment booking process for our front desk. Having to create a sale for an account credit and having the staff manually calculate the deposit amount leaves too much room for human error and takes up more time. We want our booking and checkout process to be seamless and this is a standard feature with most other booking platforms. I am shocked this is not an available feature.

Reverse credit card fees when cc transaction if refunded
When a credit card refund is completed - the fees associated with that transaction should also be refunded. Especially because you do not allow for online booking using gift card/voucher. Last month, we had $3000 in refunds - so we were essentially double charged for those bookings.

Service Logs
I would love to have a feature where you can document a procedure that could reoccur, like a laser, but then pull up the same form for their next appointment to be able to see what was done last and document the new appointment. Finding we may have to go back to paper charting for this, which is not ideal.

When self cancelling, clients should be asked if they want to cancel their "guests" appointment as well.
A client created a reservation for themselves and a guest but when they had cancelled the reservation on Boulevard it only cancelled the main client and did not cancel their "Guests" reservation. They assumed that both reservations were cancelled so a simple "did you want to cancel this one as well" would have saved us the money and time!

Reports for any changes made to staff schedules
It would be nice to see when any changes are made to the employees scheudles and who makes them. Such as adding breaks, making unavailable, etc.

The option to move a pt to complete without having to checkout
Some of our patients don't need to check out at the end of their service. They just need to be seen. So I'd like to be able to move them to completed without having to do all the extra steps of checking out.

PHONE APP is difficult to book appointment and see details
As the owner, I should have a much smoother experience on the phone app then I do. It's difficult to book appointments for clients and see details.

Single order for deposits and service transaction
Deposits being one order and the service being on another makes it look like the client has paid for more orders than they actually have. Can these be combined on to a single order to prevent confusion?

Automated & integrated form uploads
To have the ability to upload our own forms and incorporate form translation so they can be digitally signed and be able to sync to the forms tab in the client profile
Background: We have many forms and they are different one for each service and depends on provider. It's difficult for us to manually create their own forms individually and do not want to create their own forms to miss legal jargon and we have to abide by NYS laws
