Option for Staff to "not accepting new clients"
I often have staff members including myself, where we want any clients that are currently coming to us to be able to book online, but they don't want new clients that they have never seen before. Either there could be a button where you turn on or off for each staff memeber, or create a way for staff to pick a list of clients they will allow to book online.

Stop showing services that aren't available for a staff member when booking under that staff member
When I click the calendar for a specific staff member, and then search for a service, it pops up services that that staff memeber doesn't offer. If you have already selected a calendar, and then picked a staff member (even if its their calendar we select it still makes you pick the staff memeber) but then it shows EVERY service we offer when searching. We constantly run into staff members booking the wrong services with the wrong time and pricing for them if some services have the same or similar names.

1099 need to be able to have product sales deposited directly to them
Please have the ability for all sales (product and service) to be able to be paid directly to the person selling rather then the main account

Inform Clients on SMS Communications of “NO PROMOS” option
Inform clients of "NO PROMOS" option when the "STOP" option is offered. This will help with retention.
Additionally, when Clients text STOP it hinders our ability to two-way message. If No promos was offered, I think this would help. Thank you!

Ability to make your synced google calendar private to co-workers
Right now, if you sync your google calendar, it blocks off those times in your schedule. But the whole office can see every item in your personal calendar- it does not appear to co-workers internally as just a block. It only appears as a block to clients. Please fix this asap- No one else needs to know when I'm at the dentist or my kid's school play.

Personal Calendar Integration Options
It would be helpful for us to have the ability to block certain staff members from viewing other staff members synced calendars.
Additionally, a privilege group that would allow us to provision this would be great.

When additional services are added at checkout
When we add another service at check out, there should also be a time slot option and then those services should be added on the Calendar as well for history. At checkout, it shows the new added service but on the Calendar it remains as is.

Product out of stock alert while checking out
When a product has 0 in inventory, it still lets you sell it with no alert that it's out of stock. It would be nice if while checking a patient out, it still lets you sell the product, but will give you an alert that 1. the product is getting low and 2. the product is out of stock.

make the drop down menu of employees static after checking or unchecking someone.
When needing to uncheck employees for the day, it would be nice if the menu STOPPED jumping back to the top after every click. Let the window be static until the user closes it.

different commission rates for certain products
We need the capability to pay different commissions on certain products. Maybe based on category. Such as 10% for retail like shampoos and conditioners. 7% on styling tools because their markup isn't 100%

renaming old charting for quick reference
Being able to see previous charting quickly is vital. Is there a way to "Rename" old charting so we could make a quick call on what was done without having to open each file ? EX:
1/1/25- Laser Hair removal Chin, upper lip and legs..

1/1/25- Advanced charting

When booking online we would like to know where we got the lead from.
We need to know where we are getting our leads from so we can adjust our marketing budget accordingly. ie google, yelp, facebook, etc.

View a client's open orders via client profile
A custom laser package sale may not happen upon their in-person consultation. The client may leave with a quote sheet and decide to complete their purchase at a later date. In this case, it would be great to be able to revisit that open order from their profile when they call back to avoid needing to search for it via the Sales tab

Ability to pull client contact info (phone/email) in Reports.
We use reports to categorize & pull past clients in order to follow up with them. It would be much more convenient to add a category/ability to customize report to add their contact info to the reporrt. As of now, you have to copy/paste the name or click into more details.

it would be great if the clients had an app to log into to be able to see upcoming appointments and also move/cancel them if needed.

Ability to create custom forms UI via API
It would create a more cohesive brand and user experience to be able to customize what forms look like to clients, especially when surfacing in a custom app. Otherwise, an iframe must be used to embed it anywhere outside the standard flow.

When processing a refund on Boulevard, the voucher should be automatically removed, along with any associated points.
When a refund is issued on Boulevard, the system should automatically revoke any applied vouchers and deduct the corresponding points from the user's account. This ensures that the refund process is seamless, and there is no confusion or discrepancy regarding the voucher or points balance.
