Please allow for central editing and adding of notifications for multiple locations.
Is there a way to edit our outgoing SMS and EMAILS for all our locations at once?
We would like to edit our SMS and EMAIL reminders, but ideally, in one go / page.
Even the confirmation emails should be the same for all locations.

Allow us to select "Other" or "Custom Payment" with a ZERO DOLLAR AMOUT
We need to be able to select 'custom payment type' with $0.00 as the total.
Currently, the only way to get to 'custom' or 'other' payment type is to enter a dollar amount.
When we have Groupon customers (or Cherry or other) we do not know the exact $ amount at checkout.
It depends on the fee and sales and other factors by the 3rd party.
BUT not having the access to the 'other' payment option with a zero dollar total makes all these transactions hard to track.We need to be able to select custom payment options so we…

Appointments booked for and paid for in advance should show up in the Payments report, even if services have not been delivered yet.
There is a payment list that shows all payments, but it looks like it's only on closed accounts. Not the ones booked in advance. It would be great to be able to see those as well.

Show Units and Cost Per Unit on Receipts
Would love to see receipts include the number of units a client received and the cost per unit, not just the total. It would make things clearer for both clients and providers.

Ability to modify order or modifiers & add-ons appear in Online Booking
We would love to see customization of what order Add-Ons and Modifiers for services can be listed in. This would be specifically helpful when clients are booking online! Our hope is for our modifiers to show before add-ons.
Example, we would like for Modifiers to show for our SKNLAB service before Add-On's because the modifier section is where they will be choosing their service type.

Client self-checkin on their own device
Can we add a self check in? Somehow verify that the client is near the salon before check in is allowed. Like with fast food restaurants, you are required to be near the location before the order is confirmed.

Ability to create custom badges/tags for clients who fit certain criteria. Examples include one voucher remaining, membership status, pre-booked appointment, etc.

Membership Management
It would be very helpful to have a place to manage members of memberships. For example, being able to pull active membership reports that show each member etc. Currently I am unaware of any way to do this.

Reports: Sales and Refunds: Date Created
The Sales and Refunds report has a column called Created On. Unfortunately, dates aren't in mm/dd/yyyy format. The leading zeros aren't there. For instance, February 2nd isn't 02/02/yyyy it's 2/2/yyyy. This creates a problem when sorting the data by that column. So the report for the month, when sorted by the column "Created On" puts the transactions from the 2nd after the 19th. To solve this problem please change the way dates are recorded in the system. Thanks!

Add built-in installment payment feature
Add a built-in installment payment feature for service packages. This feature should allow clients to pay in multiple installments without needing third-party financing solutions like Cherry or Affirm. Similar to Zenoti, the feature would enable salons/spas to configure up to four scheduled payments, with each installment automatically charged to the client's saved card on file. This streamlined solution provides flexibility for clients, improves cash flow for the business, and enhances the overall customer experience by eliminating the need for external (and expensive) financing apps.

View prior invoices and current payment options from Ipad App.
When in the room with a client discussing add-ons and price, it would be so helpful if we could see if they have account credit or vouchers available to apply to the service. This would make providing quotes on the fly so much easier. We currently use a paper "ticket" that the front desk creates and hands to the service provider.

allow different provider for add on services
Currently our estheticians do microneedling but need a provider to do the blood draw and prepare the PRP. Currently the front desk has to go through and manually block time for the provider. It would be helpful if the system would allow one provider for the main service and a different provider for the service add on.

accounting options in summaries- cash vs accrual
Especially for small business, an option for cash vs accrual methods of sales summaries would be very useful.
Or at least have the ability to customize the summary (I.e. let me choose to include cash, credit, aspire, alle, patientfi, etc and leave out certain items like vouchers). This option may actually be better for those that utilize things like aspire or patient fi a lot.
Either way, I would love to know how much actual cash is going into my bank account during the month without having to subtract vouchers, adjustments, credits, etc.

password reset
A password reset from the client profile would be extremely helpful for guest who need their hand held while reseting the password.
The merge guest could be better. I just merged 3 profiles into one and i still see all 3 when I search the guest.
