  1. Need to get an alert that a note is "In progress" as having to remember who the patient is can become an issue. It is hard to remember in accuracy what else you may have done with a patient a week to several weeks after you have seen the patient. Filtering to only day of for form status is not an ideal process.

  6. Show loyalty points under ORDERS. We have to open the PDF receipt to be able to see that Loyalty Points were used as a discount on a service. It should be shown under the order section so we do not need to go any further to see why a service was discounted

  8. The details for disputed transactions are very puny. There should be more information on what the bank has provided, the actual end result (did I get the money back, did I lose it forever?) What other charges are associated with the dispute. Dates that all of those charges hit my account, etc...

  9. Please include Service Provider Titles to Booking Confirmations. General feedback from clients was to include titles as the Last Name. The Service Providers have different levels of experience, so this allows the client to choose appropriately when scheduling their service.

  14. Sometimes we use different platforms to gather leads. Instead of us having to manually enter each lead into Boulevard, it would be helpful to be able to import from a csv. When trying to run a business we do not have time to. sit here and add manually for hundreds of people.

  16. When opening multiple pages within BLVD, it will automatically close the previous page. It should allow you to change between pages without having to go and start over. Example You want to see order history to that specific client and you apply a filter . But then it redirects you back to all orders , then you have to retype everything It's very tedious

  17. My practice is experiencing challenges due to the absence of features allowing zooming and pitching of photos for before-and-after comparisons. Additionally, we encounter difficulties in importing photos from the patient gallery into our charting system because the system simply does not allow it. To address this issue, I've resorted to subscribing to a PICSART account, which appears counterintuitive and costly as I have to pay for a subscription just for photos. These functionalities should ideally be integrated within Boulevard.   19. When booking an appointment from the waitlist it will not automatically select required resources. This can result in overbooking a resource.

    The appointment booking flow should be identical to a regular appointment and include the resources.

    This also happens when rebooking appointments from the checkout window! You have to remove the service and re-add it to get the resource to populate
