Collapse client notes in mobile version
Client notes listed can get lengthy when added to every appointment. It would be helpful if the notes would collapse and just show the date, then allow us to click on the date to expand each note.

Option to change description in the "Include a Message" field on online booking widget
Give an option to edit the fields in the online booking widget. For example, instead of "Include a Message," our salon would like to have it say "Tell us about your hair goals for this appointment."

Ability to decide if we want to show prices of services during online booking for medspas
It would be nice to have the option not to show the prices of our services when patients use the online booking feature.
It's something we've never done and it's not common practice for the other medspas in our area to advertise the cost of services during online booking or anywhere on their website.
We just want people to be able to book the service(s) online without showing the cost of the selected service(s).

Schedule initial memebership charge for the future.
When selling a membership, if you select to have the membership start on a future date, have the ability to also have the charge be set up to withdraw on that date instead of the date of the transaction. Ex: sale on 8.1, membership start 8.15, client doesn't get charged till 8.15

more streamlined process for shareable membership perks
Memberships include one guest pass (treatment) per year to share with someone (non-member). The management process today is not intuitive as it requires its own "membership" and manually adding the secondary client to it. Ideally, it would be easier for the member to send out the guest pass for their friend to use at their convenience that then associates it to their profile for easy checkout.

Product sales report is lacking
If you could send more product sales details to shopify accurately becauser your reports are lacking and I could use shopify reporting for product sales and all their product reports. In addition their PO system is much better and would allow me to use their product tracking better

Notes section
It would be great if we can have the notes section show the most recent one at the top. We use this section for formulas and it is confusing to see the old one at the top.

ability to name a payment method in a clients account
Have the option to name a saved credit card as "primary" or "use for membership" for clients who have multiple cards saved on file so we know which card to use for checkouts. Often times clients dont know their card number so they end up having to pull their cards out to see which one they want to use anyway

Only require a percentage of charts to be signed off
In Med Spas, medical director sign off is not always required for patient charts. Currently required sign off can only be turned all the way on or all the way off. It would be great if Boulevard could implement features with the sign off that allows forms and charts to only require a specific % of required sign offs to better accommodate med spa customers.

Show the patients age on their profile next to their birthday.
Some services require patients to be 18 or older and having the age auto populate would help streamline the age check process.

automatically delete vouchers when they expire
any vouchers with an expiration date should automatically be deleted or reset to 0. Instead we have to delete vouchers one by one which is very time consuming, especially if there's multiple types or a high number of vouchers.

Upfront Deposit Option
Clients would be more aware of the commitment, and any cancellations or no shows would feel less surprising or punitive...From my personal experience clients respond and are more communicative when we are already HOLDING on to their money.
As for keeping a card on file the clients Freeze/ Lock their card when they miss their appointment. THAT has been the most frustrating thing of all.
I believe that Upfront deposits could provide a smoother experience overall and could prevent those unhappy moments or reviews after an appointment is missed.

Breakdown of bill denomination in cash register
I'd like to be able to see the breakdown of the cash register in previous day's register count. Right now you can only see the cash totals and it would help to troubleshoot when there are register discrepancies to be able to see if someone just counted the total number of 20 bills wrong.
