Upfront Deposit Option
Clients would be more aware of the commitment, and any cancellations or no shows would feel less surprising or punitive...From my personal experience clients respond and are more communicative when we are already HOLDING on to their money.
As for keeping a card on file the clients Freeze/ Lock their card when they miss their appointment. THAT has been the most frustrating thing of all.
I believe that Upfront deposits could provide a smoother experience overall and could prevent those unhappy moments or reviews after an appointment is missed.

Breakdown of bill denomination in cash register
I'd like to be able to see the breakdown of the cash register in previous day's register count. Right now you can only see the cash totals and it would help to troubleshoot when there are register discrepancies to be able to see if someone just counted the total number of 20 bills wrong.

mobile payment
it would be amazing to be able to take mobile payments through phone without having the need for the iPad, duo, and the laptop and the need to enter information. it's quite cumbersome for vendor events.

view tips for staff separate
We would like our staff to be able to view tips. I know its under one of the privileges for VIEW SALES but we don't want them to also have access to the register view and Gift Card list

It would be very helpful to have a check in and check out time stamp on appts to be able to track when a client has checked in and out.

Offer Code Limit x times per time frame
Offer Code cap per clients is great! We would love the ability to limit 1 time per quarter for an offer as well. Instead of having to create a new offer code each quarter.

Events should have "all day" option (similar to ICal)
Birthdays/holidays should be shown on Boulevard calendar similar to ICal. shows the event but doesn't block time.

Having a combined report so that we do not have to access several different reports
Having a combined report that is a more detailed sales report that includes a variety of report categories. It specifically includes the following:
Sales Summary - shows all your sales for services, classes, packages, products, gift certificates, memberships
Payment Distribution shows all the payment types you've processed in the software. You can specifically see your total cash, check, and credit card transactions, and other types of payments.
Product sales - shows all your sales for each product
Service and Class sales - shows all your sales for each service and class
Employee sales - shows all your sales for each…

Better Time Card Report
I'm quite surprised I didn't see anyone else mention this. The Time Clock report stinks. The already created summary falls short in showing the total hours worked for the day (since it lists start, stop, break start, break stop, start and stop) therefore it doesn't give you what was worked that day (i.e. if overtime is due). I've got to think most companies use BLVD for time cards, why is this report so lacking. I did create a custom report, which is better, but ultimately, there needs to be some changes. Custom Automated Email Campaigns
To have the ability to create customized automations that trigger when certain actions are met, such as a few days after a new client's first visit has been completed or for a returning client. You could use it as a drip campaign to welcome new clients and introduce upsell opportunities.

Allow resources to be booked even when they are not tied to a service.
We have resources that may need to be used for specific clients for modifications (like breast pillows or support cushions) but we do not want them to be booked for every client who books that service.

Fix App to Make Services Visible Again
The recent app updates have made it so that our service providers can no longer see what services are booked from their main homepage (their calendar view). They are forced to click into the appointment to find out what services are booked, causing extra delay in using the app, when it was clearly visible at a glance prior. Please fix this!

Detailed time clock report that breaks down hours by job reason
For employees with multiple duties/roles within the business. Time clock hours are currently cumulative despite which job reason the employee has clocked in for. In the time clock report, it would be helpful if the totals shown were broken down by hours per job reason.

Add the ability to have IOU invoices on a clients account
Employees should be able to have an option to charge an invoice with the policy's no-show fee on it when they are cancelling an appointment for a client who did not show up or cancelling an appointment for a client who is passed our policy deadline for rescheduling appointments
