  1. Would like to have a gift card sales only report (no other products or types to filter out or need to manually adjust)
    - show gift cards sales totals
    - show gift card card values and discounts
    - show if cards purchased online or retail with ability to filter by dates

  2. It would be great if there was more support after signing up with BLVD, it is so difficult to get any help other than "look at the videos". Those are so short that they are of no help. I was told that you only get a short window of support and then you are on your own. If i knew that prior, I would have reconsidered my choice.

  3. There needs top be a detailed report for providers on what they are actually getting paid. Minus any discounts, product charges , returns or anything else. There is no such report. They can not check their pay. Everyother system has a technician report like this.

  7. It would be nice to add a membership to a clients profile without selling it through the POS. There are many times we want to add the plan and draft info but charge nothing until the first draft the next month.

  8. We have multiple products used with every procedure we perform. We need to be able to keep track of these products accurately. Once a procedure is performed, we should be able to attach as many products as we would like to any given procedure and accurately input what was used during the procedure. Also, there should be alerts attached to the products to inform us when we need to purchase more. This will regulate waste as well as streamline our operations to provide us ease of ordering and receiving. We will even be able to see what we no longer…

  9. When opening the gallery to compare B & A the pictures (at least on an iPad) are tiny and hard to see.
    Please allow us to enlarge them in Blvd, or directly download them to iPad photos and we can use another app to compare them.

  10. I would like to send a welcome email to clients after their first apt with our marketing info in it. It would not be a -pls re-book, but information on what is the norm what is not. Post care for the welcome to massage. You should be able to select when this should be sent. For example, after the first visit, after all visits.

  11. Edit the photo date. We get busy and sometimes photos do not get uploaded the correct day. So we can't edit the date and it is hard when comparing side by sides.

  12. We should be able to charge the membership card on file for the cancellation policy. If there isn't a payment card stored it won't allow you to bill them. Any card on file should be able to be used for payment.

  15. We need the ability to set dynamic pricing for individual stylists or service providers within a single profile. For example, if a stylist named Jane offers a haircut, we want to be able to assign both a regular price and a premium price that automatically applies during high-demand times (like weekends, early mornings at 5 AM, or late-night appointments).

    We also need the flexibility to customize these high-demand times per stylist, as one stylist’s peak hours may be different from another's. For example, Jane’s premium pricing might apply on weekends, while Jack’s could apply on weekday evenings.

  16. When a franchise is operating under a single dashboard, owners should be able to enable and set price/duration overrides but they should not be able to create new services or products. currently, some of these functions are within the same privilege setting and should be separated out.

  18. We would like the ability to add an additional section under Client notes similar to "Medication" and "Allergies"

  19. What happened to the ability for the Medical Director to enter a note into a chart this is reviewed? It didn't work in the past, but now it's completely absent. I think it's important to be able to make a note if there is an issue or complication.

  20. Would like to be able to still show all providers at the business- however if a provider does not want to partake in Online Booking, then it would be great to be able to add a note stating to call the business to book with them, instead of not listing them as a provider at all.
