  1. The business wants to enter the referral source at the time you are searching for availability. SO right before you would click View Times or Select Time on Calendar. They would like an option within that part of the pop up.

  2. it would make reconciliation much easier to be able to view all invoices with location and line item breakdowns in one place and be able to download it too! instead, we have to go into the manage tab at all of them which is very time consuming

  3. Be able to set processing time at the beginning of an appointment and not have the 5 minute time block at the beginning of appointments. This is ideal for treatments that require numbing before beginning. Even the 5 minutes stops treatments from being able to overlap smoothly and causes issues. We should be able to change the duration to 0 even if the treatment is not an add on! If you want to appeal to more medspa's this needs to change!

  4. The business wants to be able to reinstate a completed appointment as there are times where they are completed in error and they need the time to open back up but reversing the appointment completion is not currently an option.

  6. As a medical practice - it can allow the patient to edit the date at which consents are signed. It should be time stamped for legal reasons and should not be editable.

Example: We have nurse and esthetician, a nurse would make around 10-13% because their service prices are higher (injectable, laser) a facialist has a higher commission rate because their service is average $120-$200. I would want to customize the nurse to receive more than 10% on a commission fee.

  14. Due to our salon having two locations, and we have stylist that work at both locations, sometimes the clients get confused and end up going to the wrong location for there appointment. The confirmation texts only have the main name for the salon and time. I believe the text should also include the location of which salon they are booked and what services they are booked for.

  16. I have to screenshot text messages and client notes to respond to disputes. So if it's possibe to download the information it would be better and easier to attach all the documents needed to properly dispute the charge backs.
