Task bars
When I am making a new purchase order list or recounting inventory and a client comes up, instead of having to save a draft, check them in/out then click three different buttons to get back to where I was, I think a task bar to get back to it quickly and efficiently would be much easier!

offers- more usable for marketing not just discounts
Offers should have more options.
-----The apply to all should not affect appointments already booked; it renders it fairly unusable. You can always do that manually as well. Most do not want to discount things already booked, it does not make sense. We should be using discounts to drive more money not less.

Need to be able to identify the staff member that changed the commission assignment on a completed order.

Add prep time option
Have a Prep Time option for services. We have a shorter transition time for most of our services. However, we have a couple services that need more time to set up. We arent able to predict what services may come before it which would mean we may have a shorter time to prep for that service.

Allow the ability to adjust quantity desired on-hand when adjusting quantities of products.
When adding things to inventory or making changes, it's very frustrating to modify quantity desired on-hand because you have to click on each item and change them individually. Also any modification to products resets the position of the list you are looking at every time you hit enter on a product, so it becomes much more time consuming than it needs to be.

Allow More Information to be Available in Zapier
I create a database and Google Sheets reports of all new patients and use Zapier to feed this information from BLVD. I would like to see Customer's Address, Provider, First Sale and Referral Source added to fields that can be exported. Thank you.

Make a setting in Privilege groups for front desk to access "hardware" without being able to access ALL the settings.
I don't really need all my receptionists being able to access all my settings but they absolutely need to be able to reconnect the tablet and card reader when we have service blips- which can happen. I'm not sure why it's so all or nothing with that setting but it would be helpful to have it be more granular.

Client gallery image modification
You guys should add more options after an image is uploaded to edit the image. We do a lot of before and afters and sometimes the photos need to be zoomed in and modified a bit to look correct before we can compare two images side by side.

Client needs option to change or add services to their existing appt. on phone
My client was trying to add a haircut to her existing appointment using her account log in on our website. The system would only allow her to reschedule or cancel. Would be great if they could add or modify services themselves.

remove transition time when 2 appointments booked by same client
When Booking the same client for two services with the same service provider, the transition time between the two services should be removed.

Change the "resend confirmation" to be unchecked by default for appointment changes
Most appointment changes by the front desk are for internal purposes only... it would be nice if the "resend confirmation" box is unchecked by default so the client doesn't accidentally receive unnecessary reminders.

auto tag clients
Automatically tag a client when a product is purchased.
We have monthly memberships and we manually add a 'member' tag, but it would be time-saving if you could setup the products to auto tag upon purchase.

Ability to decide if we want to show prices of services during online booking for medspas
It would be nice to have the option not to show the prices of our services when patients use the online booking feature.
It's something we've never done and it's not common practice for the other medspas in our area to advertise the cost of services during online booking or anywhere on their website.
We just want people to be able to book the service(s) online without showing the cost of the selected service(s).

We should be able to add a form to an existing appointment and manually send it without resending the forms reminder
The forms section of an appointment would be a perfect place to add it. Click the 3 dots on the side, and instead of just the print/new tab/delete add a "send reminder" button. We have run into multiple instances where someone will fill out 2 of the 4 forms, or we need one more that is specific and cannot send just one form reminder, we have to resend the whole thing.

Accordion for standing appointments
Please add an Accordion for standing appointments. We do not need to see 100s of appointments on account. 5 would be fine and then we can open up the full list if we need.

Show online service name as different than service on our schedule
Example: Someone books "The Full" but on our end it will say "Chemical 4" meaning we have 4 increments of time to apply. This is pretty crucial for time based salons.

Enter purchase orders for service inventory
I want to enter purchase orders for SERVICE/PROFESSIONAL inventory as well. I don't want this inventory to show up in "PRODUCTS" but I want to be able to have a separate list of PROFESSIONAL Inventory.
This would include all service items such as wax, tints, flip solutions, etc. I would also love if it included other inventory such as cleaning supplies, trash bags, etc.
I'd love to be able to enter in a Purchase Order for these items as well, so that my other staff knows when these items are on the way and what should be expected in the…
