  5. Group booking changes and improvements

    Group booking needs to be MUCH more clear for clients. It should not allow them to only book one appointment for themselves without adding guest info. I have run into the issue of clients thinking they booked multiple services for themselves and a friend because Blvd allows them to get all the way to checkout before asking for an additional appointment or requiring guest info.

    It also gives us no inclination that a client used the Group Booking tab so we can't check to see if they meant to put another guest! We are a day spa that offers multiple…

  6. Service Timing addition that blocks tech & client time

    Would love an option for "Service Buffer Timing" or something similar that does not reflect the additional time on the service time to the client and also does not allow that buffer time to be overbooked. Ex. client gets facial with tech1 and brows with tech2 and that buffer time isn't able to be booked for brow time, it would book brows after the buffer time.

  7. discount codes to apply to "every service" vs just a specific service type

    We have VIP clients we manually add a % discount to all their services. we would like to be able to have a button that automatically adds the % discount to anything they book vs the current way where we have to manually add the discount to each service type and it saves for future appointments

  8. Provider signature button

    I would love to have a signature button that i can add to my notes. this would automatically sign my name (or whoever is logged in) and add a date and time stamp.

    right now, i need to manually draw my signature or type my name which takes alot of time.

    This would be helpful for clients that come in weekly for a certain service to be better able to track their progress through a long period of time at a glance.

  15. Show Total Appointment Time When Rescheduling Multiple Services

    Flawless Skin Center would like to be able to quickly see the total time of services being rescheduled in a single appointment. Currently, it lists out individual service times, and they have to calculate when rescheduling to ensure the whole appointment will fit in the new time slot.

  17. Allow business service charge to be set per unit rather than a flat fee

    Say someone comes in and gets 10 units of Botox at $12/unit ($120) and the business charge is $8/per unit. The business should get $96 back before commission is paid out but if there is just a flat fee and it is not set per unit then they are only getting $8 back for 1 unit. and everyone gets a different amount of units so we can't just put a random number in the business service charge.

  18. Allow clients to select time before professional in Online Booking

    I noticed when clients go to book online they are first asked to pick a professional before picking the day in which they'd like to book. My biggest concern with this is that if a client needs a particular day but their usual tanner isn't scheduled and we do have an alternative tanner for that day, the client will be unaware they can still book that particular day.

  19. Add purchase limits to offer codes

    Right now there is no limit to how many transactions can be performed using an offer code. Some businesses only want the client to be able to purchase a discounted gift card once but there is no limit currently to how many they can purchase.
