Schedule reminders for providers
It would be great if we could set a notification that sends a daily reminder of the providers schedule of patients/clients before each day begins to the staff.

Update staff schedule API
schedules are created via another platform that is easier to manage thousands of employees across locations. area managers are then responsible for replicating these in boulevard, but far too manual to be confident in their accuracy, especially when considering schedule changes that may happen later. By having an API, there is greater confidence in the bookable availability in blvd.

Add date ranges to report downloads like summaries have
When you download a summary, it has the date range for the summary in the file name. When you download a custom report it just has the report name. This is hard when you need multiple reports of different date ranges and they are all named "Custom report.csv" and "Custom report(1).csv" It would be nice to have the date range for the report like the summaries have.

Adjust zoom in before/after photos
Add a slider bar to compare before and after photos to allow direct comparison. This feature is in TouchMD and is super helpful for the team.

allow client to enter credit card
Clients should have the ability to put a credit card on file at the same time they are completing electronic forms. It would be great if you could make this a part of that task.

create scheduling alert API
it's possible to pull an existing scheduling alert via the API but not create one. this is a beneficial route as opposed to tagging client/appts since the alert appears upon appointment creation, rather than after an appointment has already been made.

Order of stylists listed when guests go through online booking...
We would LOVE to be able to change the way our stylists are listed to guests when booking online. Even if we could change from most expensive to least and go the opposite would be nice from time to time. They are the ones building their books the most and I want to see if that helps get them more results:) But just having the option to have them come up differently when booking online would be AMAZING!

EOD deposit and count drawer
Instead of doing the payout for deposit before confirming the drawer count, the deposit feature should be included on the count drawer screen. I'd like to count all the money in the drawer including the incoming cash for the day and then have a button that says payout deposit where i can put the difference of what i took in the day and what i started with and THEN confirm drawer, so that the new drawer starts with the amount we keep in the drawer at all times. The Gleamery would like ability to see a timestamp and operator record of any edits/deletion of client notes to be in compliance with Cal. Civil Code § 56.101

2nd text line for marketing
We need a 2nd line solely for marketing. It is confusing guests with messages and promos plus some said STOP to the marketing and turned everything off. Auto messages fail then and they get annoyed. May be best to have a dedicated marketing text line (that is also 2 way BTW).

Service and Product price adjustments
Currently there's a combined option for an operators to apply discounts/price adjustments on services and products. Can we separate those two? Have an option to allow for services adjustments separately, and product adjustments separately. I want to allow different levels the option to do that!

Pls make the loyalty program points system easier to understand
It is so hard to understand and I cannot understand why. It should be a very simple setup of every 100 dollars spent = x
Whenever I have to work with it we have to call chat to explain our dollar amount set up.There should also be an auto-send email about loyalty points so it can be used for marketing, ie, it should talk to other things.
It should also have an auto-enroll (if you want it) toggle. Our reception has so many boxes to tick when making a first-time apt; it's a lot.

Ability to link to a service and show all applicable locations that offer it, but not locations that do not offer the service.

Client Records report - Allow filtering based on Client birthday month
We would like the ability to filter a the Client Records report by a Clients birthday month. The Report has a Birthdate column, but you cannot filter it - only sort.
