Client recognition through phone number walk-ins
I have regular clients that do walk-ins for one of our services, and it's quite an inconvenience for them to have to enter all of their info every time(first/last name, phone #, email)
We would like them to be identified right away.

Improve Voucher Timing for Monthly Memberships
Add functionality to allow membership vouchers to be placed in the wallet at the start of each calendar month and remain active until the end of that same month, regardless of the client's individual billing or pay period. This change would address the issue where some clients need to redeem services before their payment has technically been processed—often due to provider availability—causing complications with voucher tracking and commission calculations. Ensuring vouchers are consistently visible and valid throughout the entire month would simplify administration and reduce billing discrepancies.

appointment cancellation losses report
As a spa, we are constantly looking for ways to cut costs or optimize time. there should be a report for appointment cancellations that is customizable by day/time type of apt, and how much money was lost due to the cancellation. this helps us determine what clients cancel the most, and what our reschedule/cancel fee should be. this is not new technology, many other booking sites offer much better reports than this.

separate text app
we should have a separate app for texting. we should also be able to unread messages. even better if texts could all go to a "front desk" person (within app) but also to the clients provider (within app)

Sell a retail product kit that is tracked with inventory.
We sell kits of our skincare and it would be nice to have a "kit" like we have "packages" of treatments, where when you sell that kit, it pulls from inventory of the individual products that are in the kit. This would also be helpful for our website.

If a client comes in and states they would like to do the same treatment they did for something in the past it is so easy to look at the history in their chart for a daily post but now using a treatment record it is time consuming to look and find a specific date and treatment. Wondering if the notes in charts can be transferred automatically to the the notes in the patient history to easily see what was done.

Ability to see inventory on hand within product sales report
Add a column to the product sales report that shows current quantity on hand to be able to help improve ordering and enable us to keep top sellers continuously stocked.

Would love to be able to send recurring text campaigns and not have to send one time blasts. We use texting a lot more than emails so this would be super helpful!

Cart abandonment tracking
Google Analytics or Boulevard Report tracking to track clients who create a cart in the booking widget and don't complete the following steps. Having the ability to see what the exact drop-off points are would be most helpful for understanding where opportunities for improvement exist.

Photos next to services on service menu
I want to have images next to the services added to the menu so clients are more enticed to book. Booking sites like vagaro does this and they don’t even charge as much as boulevard

Some employees want to be able to adjust their schedule hours via app, but are not able to do so via app, it would be much easier if it was possible to adjust location hours via app

create a way for us to not allow brand new clients to book with certain staff members
Some stylist are still training and not the most appropriate to place with brand new clients who have never visited the salon before...or they're inappropriate to book with until a client has been at the salon at least 2x or more

charts
To have the ability to have charts grouped together by services. When you have a client that gets multiple services having to go back through charts to see what you did last is very difficult.

Ability to send a text with a link to our intake form
I didn't see this as a previous idea. It would be nice to send a link to our intake from via text message. I know clients check their text messages way more than they check their email so this could make that process more efficient

Tap to pay on iphone
Iphone integrated their tap to pay on payment softwares. But boulevard still hasn’t integrated it in their software. It would make it easier for rental stylists to do their own check out in a full salon where the access to checkout is more difficult.

Resource/Staff Unavailable for a Specific Time
Create a way to make a resource (or staff) unavailable for a specified time, not an entire day. Currently the system removes the start/end time entry when the 'unavailable' button is clicked. This would be helpful to make a resource unavailable for one hour for service or cleaning, create staggered lunch breaks for staff, or block time for a staff meeting.

Show credit card details on cancelled memberships
Please allow us to see the credit card that was used when a membership was active. Once a membership is in "cancelled" status, you can no longer see what card was used to bill this each month. Sometimes people are just signing up for a different membership or they cancelled for a month r two. When we go in to sign them back up we can see what card was used in the past.
