  3. We are creating holiday gift boxes and packages which contain several products from our retail lines. It would be incredibly helpful to be able to create these boxes/packages in a way that would edit the inventory of multiple retail products when we sell the boxes/packages. Please create this.

  4. Employees should be able to have an option to charge an invoice with the policy's no-show fee on it when they are cancelling an appointment for a client who did not show up or cancelling an appointment for a client who is passed our policy deadline for rescheduling appointments

  5. We use the tag system heavily operationally, so all our team members need to be able to see tags. I would like to restrict service providers to limiting client contact information for important security and business protection reasons, but I can't because they would lose tag visibility which they need to perform services accuratly. Separating this in permissions would be a HUGE win for us.

  6. Can you please allow us to eliminate certain service categories from the "Group Bookings"? Or find a better way to do "couples bookings"? Our clients are not easily navigating the BLVD site

  7. Boulevard should have a “first available” button so when you click on it, it would immediately show us the first available appointment. It would limit scrolling time looking through the schedule. It would also be cool if you could select a specific stylist as well to see their first available appointment.

  8. When looking at text messages the abbreviations used for when the message was sent are y,m,d,min. It can be confusing to have just the m for month when you have text that was sent 2 min ago and one that was 4 m ago side by side. It is easy to think that they were sent nearly at the same time. I suggest changing the month designation to mo. just to avoid the confusion.

  10. When you click on calendar, it opens patient. I HATE having to go off calenedar, look up patient. too awkward. This would be a great step saver

  12. They want a pop up alert that tells if the client has a card on file or not when booking the appointment, before it's been finalized. They want this so that they can easily tell if they need to ask for a card when booking appointments internally through the dashboard.

  13. To anyone that is even semi coherent while also being past the age of 60 years old feels like they’ve been transported back into 2005 windows 2 graphics & technology. Top tier New York City salons have cited the inefficiency of this update multiple times which makes it even more detrimental to all professionals nationwide and also worldwide. It’s disappointing to have access to a system that heavily advertises for modern salon technology but reverts to something prehistoric. If my work place is suffering to your technological inabilities then I am fearful for the rest of our industry.

  14. We have quite a few families that we see as clients and the parent wants to use the CC on file. Instead of having to type the card number in each profile, it would be beneficial to be able to group them under one profile.

  17. Online booking members have been recreating accounts because they put in a different email address than the one originally provided. In turn this makes them two different accounts, one of which has all vouchers/memberships/history attached, and one that doesn't. This poses a problem at check out when they aren't able to redeem vouchers/memberships without reception or provider knowing to merge the accounts beforehand.

  18. The new SMS marketing tool allowed for UPCOMING APPOINTMENT options but not one of them is NOT BOOKED. We need a way to filter based on services and last apppointment say before 2 weeks ago but then to filter out those who have booked their appointment to be able to text blast appointment reminders that are tailored.
