  1. The appointment reminders need to make sure to reflect the CURRENT appointment day and time. We have had several clients come in at the original appointment day or time, though it was changed in the system, the reminder that got sent to them was for the prior day/time instead of the changed time. This is a BIG issue for our time and theirs. PLEASE fix sooner than later! Thank you.

  2. currently the location selection for Offers will default to all locations and to customize this, we need to select each location individually. it would save time to be able to keep "select all" and de-select individual ones (for instances where most but not all are eligible). this becomes a little more manual the more locations exist

  3. Would like the option of removing the promo code field from online booking. The way your system is set up if i do an general $25 off the ticket it gets applied to very service item which isnt our promotion. so i do not want them to think there is a promo code when booking online since they have to come in for the promo code.

  7. Within the checking out of the client they get all the way through and then we have to ask, would you like a copy of your receipt through email. A customer suggested they be able to say yes or no to this on the ipads

  9. When people call to book and it is done on the business side, there's no way to collect credit card info BEFORE booking the appt. You have to finish booking it (which notifies them) and then go back to the persons account and add in CC info. There needs to be an option to collect a CC before we finish the booking process. We need to have CC info for our cancellation policy. We used to be able to do this with square but BLVD does not let us. It is kind of pointless to ask for the CC after…

  10. We would love the option to add the client's phone number to the calendar view OR the ability to add to the Staff Schedule report. We print either the calendar view or the Staff Schedule to give to the providers. We use this to issue points and the front desk has to look everyone up to get their phone number, which is pain point for us.

  11. Clients often accidentally select today's date in the birthday field in new client forms. having the ability to set some sort of requirement to warn the client or not accept today's date by adding a minimum age or similar guardrail would be helpful.

  18. It seems silly to have appointment ratings that are only visible to us internally. It would make sense that these ratings are shared (sync to Google) which could potentially assist in creating more business with new clients.

  19. When I export the Product Commission Report (by pdf, .csv, or .xls) it puts every stylists on their own separate page or tab! Maybe some people like it that way, but I don't. Please add a report option to either run it by page, or run it continuous. As it is now, I have to manually highlight the info on my screen and then re-size my window and then right-click to print! Annoying.

  20. When a client books online, they are able to make MULTIPLE appointments at the same time. Example a client books a 9am massage on Saturday, they are able to return to online booking and book another 9am service the same day without any flags. This could be disastrous, how was this not been found before?
