  2. Please make it so that add-on services can be added at check-out (just like we add-on retail products) instead of having to go back and edit the original appointment. It messes up the calendar and adds so much extra work for the person checking out the client.

  4. Disabling the cancellation setting and having them contact the salon to reschedule or cancel. Ive never had so many cancellations until I moved to this platform. I haaaate it!

  5. I wanted to suggest a feature enhancement that would significantly improve workflow for providers. Currently, there is no direct functionality for lab ordering or generating lab requisition forms within the platform. This results in extra manual steps, including creating lab orders outside of the system, storing them separately, and emailing them to patients via other tools.
    It would be incredibly helpful to have a feature that allows providers to:
    Order labs or select from common test panels directly in the EMR
    Generate a printable and savable PDF lab requisition
    Email or securely share the lab order with patients through the…

  6. Please stop adding the business charge to the daily performance, business charges are a PART of the service not labor and its confusing my new staff when they see business charges inside the daily total and always think something is being taken from them. PLEASE I beg you just show them the total they can earn commission on, not the business charge so they can see what to expect on their pay. They always think money is missing

  8. If a client comes in and states they would like to do the same treatment they did for something in the past it is so easy to look at the history in their chart for a daily post but now using a treatment record it is time consuming to look and find a specific date and treatment. Wondering if the notes in charts can be transferred automatically to the the notes in the patient history to easily see what was done.

  11. When a client pays for a membership with another payment method besides a debit or credit card, it would be nice to have a prompt appear to collect a card on file and record the client consenting to storing the card for the membership's renewals in the future.

  13. Booking notes should be seen above appointment notes when checking a client out. when client checks out, we always try to prebook them but can't see the booking notes.

  14. We very often have forms that need to be sent after a client has been seen. Especially if a client wants to join a membership or certain forms were missed. Unfortunately they can only be sent through an upcoming appointment and it would be helpful to be able to email them separately.

  16. It would be helpful if were able to add a "phone call" or "Correspondence" note to the patients file. So we wouldn't have to create an appt. every time the NP speaks to a client and needs to document a note.

  17. When splitting payments, particularly when using the "Other" payment option, it would be helpful if the system only displayed the amount currently being charged to the card at the time of client approval, rather than the full original total.

    Currently, when discounts or alternate payments are entered under "Other," the original total still appears upfront. This often confuses patients, as they don’t immediately see the applied discounts or partial payments, leading to concerns and requiring additional explanation.

    It would improve the client experience if the interface reflected only the actual amount being charged at each step, with the full breakdown…

  19. dont want to pay all the credit card fees and taxes from my portion of the commision split. with square i was able to calculate stylists commission after the fees are taken out

  20. Blvd is great from the admin side, but it's customer facing side is TERRIBLE. I need ya'll to prioritize fixing this.

    I switched to BLVD a year ago after a decade with booker. I made the switch because I needed some of the features that boulevard offers that booker didn't. BUT IT HAS COST ME SO MUCH IN BUSINESS. We're doing a lot of research on the next iteration of self-booking right now, so our product team will be reaching out soon to schedule a call with you to gather more feedback.
