  1. The new Send and close button can be handy in some situations. But Muscle memory has me finishing my message, pressing "tab" twice, and pressing "enter" I end up closing the message and wondering what happened.

    Swapping the buttons would be very beneficial for the ingrained muscle memory while not losing the close feature.

  3. An example of how to use a uniquely assigned form would be a membership sign-up. There are conditions and rules for our memberships but no way in Boulevard to assign a form to one person without booking an appointment. Ideally we could assign a form and have them fill it out on an iPad whenever we want.

  4. When rescheduling resources there is ZERO need to email a client about the change! Boulevard is WAY to notify the client centric! Do not EVER email clients about resource change. Best implementation would be toggle for default to email clients of appointment changes or not. Rather check the box to notify than to uncheck to not notify. Software cannot keep up as fast as changes can be made (checkboxes are sometimes slow to respond) and would rather say oops, I should have than oops, I did, especially if just rearranging resources.

    This would be as simple as a toggle switch…

  5. backwards button to go back just one move. Every time we check the past date's transactions or any appointments, when we hit the backwards button, it takes me back all the way to today though we want to keep looking on the same date transactions... very inconvenient and time consuming to find one transactions/appointment we are looking for.

  6. The ability to add a negative account credit balance to a client's profile. Sometimes card payments don't go through and/or they do not have an alternative payment method so it's necessary to track what a client owes.

  7. beta reports should be able to add all fields associated with an object. so if I want a product report i should be able to ahve a report with all fields related avaialble in the report. I cant export a report with the item. the current on hand inventory and the desired on hand inventory

  8. It would be great to have the ability to add a "notes" option to the checkboxes and multiple choice that allows us to check something off PLUS add additional information to that line.

    I am also looking for a list feature that allows me to create a list (similar to checkboxes but without the checkboxes) that also has a text field next to each line when documenting vitals, dosage, etc. Right now, I am having to add them as individual paragraphs but it makes the chart so bulky with the spacing and its not very user friendly that way.     - Loyalty Points usually have expiration dates, would like to see more visibility on posted expiration tdates

    -Point system is currently not part of the emails to customer or communication -this is important. To be able to pull data into marketing campaigns be able to embed a code or link so they can hover/click to see their current LP status

Ability to add merge tags in email body to say things like "show this email within the next 2 weeks to get XX% off your next service" or "Come in for your next appointment by :insert merge tag: "for [2 weeks] from the date of sending this email for XX%" off your next appointment." This would allow the email campaigns to remain more evergreen.

  14. Is there not just a simple way to see debit vs credit cards? that's the only thing i can think of that may be causing such a discrepancy in how much is collected vs what I' paying in fees. Offset should be charging guests 3% but I'm routinely paying 2.5% and the guests are paying 1.5%. If this is because they are all using debit cards I need to be able to figure that out without going down a back alley to locate and download a spreadsheet that I then have to reconfigure so I can actually read it.

  17. There are some services we offer that require little to no effort from our staff (ex. Sauna or Normatec sessions, compared to other services like massage). It feels awkward asking for a tip for such simple services. I would love to have the choice on whether or not to ask the client for tip, like a box we can check or uncheck before we initiate the checkout process.

  20. The date of service needs to be added to all receipts that don't get closed out the same day. When closed out after service date, it gives the current date and clients get confused and think they're getting charged when not being in that day.
