New streamlined feature on booking link.
With the latest update to the booking system, blvd separated appointment scheduling from product sales to provide a more streamlined and organized experience for both practitioners and patients. To complement this change, we propose a new feature that notifies practitioners immediately when a patient makes a product purchase rather just in the daily summary sales that some staff roles do not have access to. We propose that when a patient completes a product purchase via the updated booking link, the system will automatically send a real-time notification to the software/practitioner. Practitioners can possibly customize the type of notification they receive, choosing between pop-up notifications, email alerts, or SMS, depending on their preference and urgency as well as a feature to confirm that patient has received their product purchased.
