We manage our own appointments instead of doing online booking for this reason- there are a lot of variables when booking new clients regarding timing, price, etc.
We currently use a separate platform to have the clients submit a color consultation form with photos of their hair and what they're trying to achieve. It would be AMAZING if that could be integrated into Boulevard with the ability to send a quote and custom service block that they could then use to book themselves online.

Have a place in each patients chart to write up quotes and print out for patients to take home as well as us have physical records of pricing we spoke about and treatment plans in each patients chart
