Medical Practice Grade Operational & Workflow Enhancements Required
Boulevard’s platform presents well visually, but from an operational standpoint it falls short in supporting the real-world needs of medical and aesthetic practices.
One of the most significant issues is the lack of configurable workflows and meaningful customization within the platform. We do not utilize Boulevard as a merchant processor; we use it for practice operations and medical records. Yet we are given very limited ability to tailor the system to our brand, patient experience, or clinical workflows. For a platform positioned as premium, this limitation is disappointing.

chart sign off
It would be super helpful to have a way to be notified that a chart is not signed-off/finished. Especially, as a medical director, having to page through every chart individually to see if the nurse has the chart completed takes so much time!

Allow me to return to where I was, not start over
I am forever having to scroll and find where I left off when trying to bulk edit inventory or sales or anything. IT IS DRIVING ME BONKERS. I should be able to open the sale or product, make the edit, and return to exactly where I left off. Why in the world is this not a feature? Why am I using Boulevard? I can't send invoices, I can't bulk edit, I can't get inventory alerts, I can't bulk merge clients, I can't get a report on duplicate clients, and okay, I can't do all these things so I'll do them…

Scheduling a Membership Payment/Membership Sale in advance
It would be great to be able to schedule a membership payment/ membership sale to be a date in the future - Instead we are having to track it manually and manually sell them the membership on the date we want it to start

NEED a Custom support phone number! The help chat is so frustrating, takes way too long and is not enough support
For what we pay as Boulevard members I believe we deserve to have better custom support. The help chat feels like a joke with ridiculous wait times recently have been over an hour, last chat was close to 3 hours. I feel like there should be a way to schedule a call with tech support when we have something we need help on. I understand you guys thrive on "good tech" but you need a human element. We are all in Customer facing businesses and to be able to talk to a live person is invaluable!!!

Ability to toggle back to the date of sales
For this example, imagine it is 11/20/25. I need to look at sales for 11/5/25. I want to check multiple transactions/order #s for that date. After viewing each order to go back to 11/5/25 I need to do the extra step of filtering the sales for that date again. It would be most helpful to be able to return that specific date with a back arrow vs needing to filter all sales again.

Hi! I wanted to share some feedback regarding the new Phrases feature. Currently, it seems that we’re unable to use phrases unless we’ve already opened a message thread and sent a message to the client first. This means the feature only works if the client initiates the conversation or if we start with a manual message, only then can we use the phrases.

Reporting for KPIs needs to be better.
I need a report that sorts out detailed line items in a summary so that I can organize my income into Quickbooks. This also needs the ability to toggle on/off payment types so that I am getting the numbers for Credit Card Purchases, Checks, Cash, Account Balance.
The Purpose is so when Boulevard pays out the credit cards sales, I can sort those payments into the respective category of sales in quickbooks.

Profile Photo of Client
There should be a way for our nurses to see the photo our clients to prevent inaccurate charting. As soon as they click their name a profile photo should pop up so they can confirm the patient.

provide users the ability to click through to a transaction from a report
users should be able to click directly from any report entry into the specific transaction it relates to. This functionality will enable backend users to quickly identify and resolve errors or incorrect charges on items or services. Additionally, it will improve the accuracy and reliability of commission reporting.

New Client Post-Appointment Thank You Email
An email that gets sent to new clients after their first visit.
This email would thank them for choosing our salon with CTA to review and book their next appointment (if not already done). This email should also include their personalized referral link. This email should also include cross-promotions that are offered within the other departments in the salon. (e.g after a color appointment, skin or head spa services)

Message clients from the Professional App
We also need to be able to text our clients via the app as well. We keep everything in house and so in order to message thru boulevard we have to log into a browser, sign in, and then text via a tiny screen.

Need reports for appointments booked day by day
I need ASAP to know the appointments being booked day by day, and I contacted the BLVD person and she is telling me that this is not available inside BLVD and that only can be selected by person performance which is not what I need. I need a report of all appointments being booked day by day to make sure that appointments have been entered appropriately, scheduled with right services. Self-booking overlay image not be so dark
The image displayed in the self-booking overlay is extremely dark and there are no options for cropping when uploading to ensure it's centered on the part you would like displayed. Please add more options for this image.

Upcoming bookings
I would like to see the amount of future bookings by service. For example, we have a goal to achieve a certain amount of facials in a month. It would be nice to see how many have already been booked for the upcoming month.
