  1. For giftcard sales the max balance needs to be higher then 500.00 Max needs to ba at least 1000.00. We are a spa and have people wanting to put 700-1000 on theirs and we cant do that now. Doing two different cards to equal the total they want is an inconvenience to the clients.

  2. If a patient no shows or cancels same day or within the time frame of the cancellation policy, it should show no showed in their appointment history instead of cancelled so we can differentiate between the two.

  4. I would love the ability to create packages that include both services and retail products as part of a single bundled offering.

    Current Limitation:
    At the moment, packages are limited to services only. This creates friction when trying to sell results-driven programs that require both in-spa treatments and consistent at-home care.

    Why This Matters:
    For many of us in the skincare industry, results come from a combination of professional treatments and homecare. Being unable to bundle products into packages makes it harder to:

    • Create true transformation programs (e.g., acne, pigmentation, anti-aging)
    • Increase retail sales in a structured, intentional way

  5. Would love to offer a complimentary skin consultation add-on with our estheticians when a client books an injectable treatment. Right now this is not possible. Would be a great way to cross promote treatments.

  7. My salon uses time blocks to let certain employees know about tasks that need to be done at that time / for that day. We want to be able to add notes to the time block, instead of it just being one long title that runs off the edge of the note.

    Ideally we can open a time block and see a longer note inside of it, just like notes on a client's appointment.

  8. Alert if trying to book an appointment when a resource is already booked at that time. Ex, we only have one SkinPen and it is already in use, alert our front desk if they are trying to double book that device.

  9. Would love if clients call to book, to have them prompted with a booking confirmation link to put a card on file. We don't love having to ask brand new clients to provide card details over the phone, to ensure a card on file for no shows or late cancellations. Having this be automated would be perfect for both staff and client experience!

  10. More colors for service providers. There are only 13 colors available and we have more providers then that. So we have to repeat the color and it's very confusing when you look at the schedule. Thank you

  11. Create a way for a provider to sign a form and then send to patient to "sign off" on like the Good Faith exam. Also enable review of forms signed on patient portal.

  12. I would love to see an option in Boulevard that allows individual providers to generate and view reports on their own performance metrics. Having access to personal stats would help providers better understand their strengths, track progress, and set goals.

    Examples of metrics that would be helpful include:

    Personal sales totals (including retail and enhancements)

    Enhancement sales performance

    Rebooking rates

    Average tip percentage and/or average tip amount

    Average ticket value

    Client retention metrics

    Being able to filter these reports by date range (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly) would be especially useful. This feature would empower providers to take ownership of their…

  14. When staff members need to communicate about clients via EMR. Or as task list for staff, for example doctor needs to message nurse about following up with a client in 2 weeks. The doctor puts that task in the EMR, and then in 2 weeks, that task pops up for the nurse to do.

  15. BLVD needs to accept prepaid credit cards Visa/Master Card/AMEX as a form of payment. This is very inconvenient for our clients and embarrassing when it shows that the card has in sufficient funds.

  16. When using the default appointment cancellation flow, and cancelling an appointment, the appointment still counts in the total Appointment Count metric and commission is still earned for the service that was not performed, if the cancellation discount is not 100% or is charged as a dollar amount. This causes commission to be paid out, despite the provider assigned the appointment not performing the service, potentially losing the business money.
