  2. We have one specific procedure, that shouldn't be scheduled back-to-back for the same person because it is very physically demanding. There must be at least a 1.5-hour break between appointments for this procedure for the same person.
    Would it be possible to add a scheduling rule so that, once a person is booked for this specific procedure, she cannot be booked for another appointment for the SAME procedure for 1.5 hours before or after that appointment, while still being available for other procedures during that time?

  4. Implement an updated receipt format that itemizes injectable services by including the exact number of units administered (for example, neurotoxin treatments).

    Currently, clients frequently call requesting documentation of how many units they received. The only way we are able to provide this information is by taking a screenshot from the chart and emailing it manually, which is time-consuming and inefficient.

  7. We offer Side By Side massages. These require two clients, two staff members, and our Side By Side room to all be available.

    The current system allows guests to book a singe "side by side" massage and then be disappointed when it isn't for two people.

    We put lots of warnings with the service description, but it still happens every week.

    When we don't offer it for online booking, we get people complaining that we don't offer the service.

    Please Please Fix group booking to ensure that these are booked properly!

  8. We need a report that shows a period of time, such as a year, but as a month-by-month comparison. We would also like to be able to compare periods from different years to more easily understand growth.

  11. Current gift card max is $500, which limits our ability to sell gift card bonus specials. Plus you can't even buy multiple gift cards in one transaction to offset that limit. Please fix this. You should be able to buy gift cards for any value.

  12. The fact that you can not save the date range ("month to date" or "last month") with the reports is a huge setback

  13. It should be possible to make edits to charts after being completed, and the edits should be auditable. There should be a larger character limit as well than notes currently allow.

  14. Vouchers that are in a package should reflect the product/service cost. Currently if you have vouchers in a package - which we sell during our customer events. BLVD takes the number of total vouchers divides it by the package price and assign the same value to all items in the package. This makes payroll a nightmare and packages useless. An example of this is if you have a package with THREE 60 minute massages at $200 each and THREE facials $100 each. The total package would be $900.     -First supply the text: title and options, then choose the format: multiple choice, dropdown, or checklist.
    -Copy & Paste- the copy should appear directly beside or below, NOT at the bottom of the document.

  18. Regarding the new review platform, I see some improvements over previous iterations. However, the ideal configuration would be a direct prompt to a review platform of our choice, such as Yelp/Google. Once the customer spends generous time reviewing us internally on BLVD platform, they are unlikely to follow prompt for additional posting. We are essentially cannibalising our own reviews by using this feature.

  19. When I'm searching through a patient's payment history and going into an order I want to be able to get directly back to that clients order history...but once you open an order you can't go back and need to start over by searching for the client again. Would save a ton of time when searching through an individual's orders for something
