  4. forms should have an option to send forms yearly after the first appointment. This would be under the "Send this form" option in forms settings. It would be great to be able to customize a time frame to be able to resend form out for clients to complete. This is important for medical aesthetic services that legally require a yearly renewal of consent.

  6. After a consultation, I may have suggested a few treatments for the patient. They often want a written copy of these suggestions with the individual pricing and total. Would love a way to send a quote without making a fake appt/invoice.

  9. Create a full Payroll report that includes:

    Commission and tips (like current commission summary)
    Total hours from time clock report
    Bonus points for:
    Method of tracking days off in the report (official days off, not just "days not scheduled")
    area to add adjustments to pay before downloading the report. (for training, paying for discounted services, etc...)

    This one report would be almost everything needed to enter into any payroll system with some basic formatting.

  12. We very often have forms that need to be sent after a client has been seen. Especially if a client wants to join a membership or certain forms were missed. Unfortunately they can only be sent through an upcoming appointment and it would be helpful to be able to email them separately.

  14. Sometimes clients will text photos for us to share with our stylists/colorists but we are unable to then share these photos via outgoing texts. This seems like a simple fix that would benefit communication.

  15. We'd love the ability to create different referral program campaigns instead of the preset "Give X, get X%".

    An example is based on the number of referred clients, i.e., "Refer three, get it for free" - so once 3 clients come in through a referral, the referrer gets their reward.

  17. We sell kits of our skincare and it would be nice to have a "kit" like we have "packages" of treatments, where when you sell that kit, it pulls from inventory of the individual products that are in the kit. This would also be helpful for our website.

  20. I would love to be able to set a default calendar view. It is very time consuming that whenever we refresh or log in the calendar view switches. It will just decide this time it is going to show 1 day, 1 team member and all the resources. For instance, I personally like to see a full week at a time so every time I go to the calendar, I have to toggle off all the resources and toggle on the staff and then choose the week view.
