Offset statements

linking credit card between profiles
It would be helpful and make life easier if we could link a credit card from one profile to another. For example if a client's parent would like to pay for their child's services and there's no CC on child's profile but a CC on parent's profile, if we could link the card to the child's profile instead of having to retrieve the CC via phone with parent at checkout. This feature was something we could do on Booker booking software.

Be able to add forms to the client's chart at ANY time. Not just with booking. We do follow up notes regarding communication with clients after their treatments. Also, we like to send after care or product instructions and we aren't able to do that through Boulevard. We have to do it through an outside source.

FIX THE AUTO REMINDER SYSTEM
This is beyond not ok. The system sends out reminders for cancelled and changed appointments. It makes us look completely incompetent and we have people showing up at wrong appointment times. Getting angry because they think an appointment they cancelled wasn't cancelled and they are going to be charged. Speaking of that. We have a 24 hour late cancel fee. Why does the system send reminders at 4:00pm the night before a 9:00am appointment? If we have a 24 hour late cancel fee shouldn’t the reminder go out 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time? This is 100% a BLVD…

editing a close transaction
Being able to open and edit a closed transaction. If a guest decides to buy product or need to add a service - would have the access to open and add what needs to be done. This would allow for more accurate reporting while also not having to make a whole booking for an add on service.
