  2. I need a report that sorts out detailed line items in a summary so that I can organize my income into Quickbooks. This also needs the ability to toggle on/off payment types so that I am getting the numbers for Credit Card Purchases, Checks, Cash, Account Balance.

    The Purpose is so when Boulevard pays out the credit cards sales, I can sort those payments into the respective category of sales in quickbooks.

  3. At our office we book out the owner's VIP clients a year in advance and really NEED the capability to copy appointments. It's tedious and time wasting to have to book each thing, each month and re-edit the exact same things rather than being able to just copy an already booked appointment and paste it for the next time.

  6. The cards that are store in the payment methods should also be an option to use in the membership payment options. If a client changes the card on file and deletes the old card, the membership still charges that card that was deleted from the payment section. When I added the clients new card to the membership payment it also shows up in the payment section as an option to charge. It should go both ways whatever cards in the payment methods should able to be selected without having to retrieve the card number from the client again. I see…

  12. forms should have an option to send forms yearly after the first appointment. This would be under the "Send this form" option in forms settings. It would be great to be able to customize a time frame to be able to resend form out for clients to complete. This is important for medical aesthetic services that legally require a yearly renewal of consent.

  13. Please create a built-in Employee KPI Dashboard in Boulevard that lets salon owners and staff track real-time performance vs. goals — directly in the app.

    Key features should include:
    • Goal setting by employee level (Intro, Level 1–4)
    • Real-time tracking of service $, retail $, rebook %, add-ons, etc.
    • Commission tier tracking (e.g., current tier + progress to next)
    • Staff login view to see personal KPIs and goal progress
    • Admin view for full team performance with filters by week/month
    • Daily/weekly summary emails or mobile notifications

    Right now, we’re forced to build workarounds using Google Sheets…

  14. Push notification or text alert when someone joins your waitlist. The current alert is SO easy to miss unless you have staff stationed in front of the computer. Most stylists/receptionists/managers are always too busy to sit and stare at the computer.

  16. We very often have forms that need to be sent after a client has been seen. Especially if a client wants to join a membership or certain forms were missed. Unfortunately they can only be sent through an upcoming appointment and it would be helpful to be able to email them separately.

  18. Sometimes clients will text photos for us to share with our stylists/colorists but we are unable to then share these photos via outgoing texts. This seems like a simple fix that would benefit communication.

  19. I’d love to see an all-in-one retention report that provides a comprehensive overview of total, new, and repeat clientele. I have to pull multiple reports to gather this information, but consolidating it into a single report would greatly improve efficiency.

    Additionally, I’d like to suggest updating the terminology from "pre-booking" to "rebooking" for better clarity and consistency.
