  3. When setting up pricing for services. Have pricing based on a level and rather than customizing prices for each service provider individually you can just assign them to their level of pricing (ex. level 1, 2, 3, etc. or jr stylists, sr, master, etc.) That way when a service provider gets promoted you can just change their level and their pricing would reflect their new level instead of having to customize the pricing manually per service, per stylist.

  4. We want to ensure we offer lash extensions services every day of the week, but want to enable certain service providers each day, so that they have a rotation of sorts vs. being available for that service everyday.

  5. It is frustrating to have to use the Duo iPad app to checkout $0 services with no gratuity. There should be an option to just checkout and close without the duo/charge card being forced.

  7. When booking appointments through the calendar, its important to make sure you're on the right day, it would be nice if the "today" button was brighter, bigger & more centered or near the calendar section to make sure you're on the right day.

  9. We have had multiple issues where a confirmation text is sent and the guest never replies. We then send a different message and if they reply with a "yes" it confirms the appointment and hides the text message. We then don't know that they replied to our question.

    Any text sent from the business after a confirmation text should cancel out the confirmation system (possibly with a warning that we need to manually confirm the appointment)

  10. When a client purchases a membership or package online, they are charged immediately, but there is no way of booking an appointment once the charge is complete.

    The next step would be for the client to "log out" to get back to the location page on the widget which is not intuitive for the client.

  15. Our clients use gift cards often and asking for a tip is uncomfortable. Since we can't currently swipe our gift cards, can the gratuity screen be available for keyed-in cards, too?

  18. We would like to send out group texts to clients for rebooking purposes. It would be great to be able to select a group based on their last appointment time and if they do not currently have an appointment.

  19. It would be useful if the clients were listed in alphabetical order since we have multiple clients who share the same name. Usually when we find this occurrence we would add the last four of their phone number to their name that way we do not confuse the clients when booking or appointments or checking out in sales. We tried to go through all of clients but quickly gave up because we have 22,000 clients that we have to go through since there is no option to refine by alphabetical order.
