Gratuity screen for keyed-in cards
Our clients use gift cards often and asking for a tip is uncomfortable. Since we can't currently swipe our gift cards, can the gratuity screen be available for keyed-in cards, too?

Allow service provider to see pronouns and add - on's services without having to open the appointment.
Sometimes when in a hurry, we don't click open the appointment to see important details like preferred pronouns or add on service requests. It would be helpful if we just saw it on the appointment calendar.

Rebook reminder texts with select client groups
We would like to send out group texts to clients for rebooking purposes. It would be great to be able to select a group based on their last appointment time and if they do not currently have an appointment.

Can we have the clients section listed in alphabetical order
It would be useful if the clients were listed in alphabetical order since we have multiple clients who share the same name. Usually when we find this occurrence we would add the last four of their phone number to their name that way we do not confuse the clients when booking or appointments or checking out in sales. We tried to go through all of clients but quickly gave up because we have 22,000 clients that we have to go through since there is no option to refine by alphabetical order. Gift card number in purchase email
If you buy a gift card for a client through the Sales screen it will send them a receipt but not the gift card number.

add an option to go 1 week ahead
We need a button to jump one week ahead near the TODAY button. Some patients are only available on a certain day of the week so it would be nice if we can go forward from monday to monday or friday to friday.

Make editing service pricing more simple
Make a simple spreadsheet where service prices for all staff can be seen and edited. Make a system so you can have set pricing levels and choose all of those levels for a staff member.

Waitlist Report - Client Added or Staff Added
We'd like to know if a client added themselves to the waitlist or if a staff member added them to the waitlist - this will help us determine if a staff member has checked in with them about the request, if they have alternative dates, etc.
