  1. Need to be able to locate specific appointments that were rescheduled on a particular date. Search date and be able to see all appointments that were originally scheduled on that day.

  2. It would be awesome if we could set branding preferences for marketing (brand fonts, colors, etc.) and have them saved rather than having to change each thing every time we want to send out an email.

  3. Can you please allow us to eliminate certain service categories from the "Group Bookings"? Or find a better way to do "couples bookings"? Our clients are not easily navigating the BLVD site

  4. We end up with many appointments for past dates. It is very tedious to manage each appointment individually to remove it from the waitlist. Being able to select multiple appointments to remove would be super helpful.

    Along with this, selecting date ranges to view would be helpful to ensure that appointments are in the correct date range for removal!

  6. We have several clients that wish to use their card on file to pay for other people (their spouse, friend, child, etc.) when they don't have an appointment at the same time. It is frustrating for us as the business as well as clients to have to re-enter their card information onto each client's profile they wish to pay for. If there was a way to easily transfer that information such as setting up a paying client or marking clients as minors under a parent account so their card will populate, that would be very helpful.

  7. height and weight under demographics so a form can pull and auto populate. Also calculate BMI from height and weight.

  8. It would be very useful to send messages from clients as a text message to my phone. It is not useful that i can get a text that my client has 'arrived" but not a message that they are running late, want to cancel last minute or message me to reschedule. We are a small and busy clinic that does not sit in front of computer monitors watching for messages.

  9. check in on the IPad is redundant and should just be client phone number. clients frequently voice frustration w the check-in process requiring number, email and name. at least give us the OPTION to have clients check in w ONLY PHONE #.

  10. Vitals section that is persistent for each visit that is easily viewed and able to show record of previous vitals values (weight, BMI, BP, etc) from each visit.

  12. Most appointment changes by the front desk are for internal purposes only... it would be nice if the "resend confirmation" box is unchecked by default so the client doesn't accidentally receive unnecessary reminders.

  13. It's impossible to see when and where a voucher was redeemed right now. So if clients have a shared membership and ask why they dont have a voucher on their account, you cant tell who redeemed which voucher and when. There should be a way to see a clear history of a clients voucher redemptions

  14. It is incredibly inefficient to switch between Gear and Manage. A few opportunities for improvement;

    • If permissions allow, simply display all settings, even if not edit-able.

    • Add a "switch" at the top to switch between gear (Business) and manage (Location)

    • The biggest issue switching between the two is your online location is lost. So if you are in a particular service and change between gear and manage you need to locate the service from scratch, if your browsing location can be saved when switching, this would be a satisfactory temporary fix.

    • This issue is most annoying regarding products and services.

  17. Sometimes we use different platforms to gather leads. Instead of us having to manually enter each lead into Boulevard, it would be helpful to be able to import from a csv. When trying to run a business we do not have time to. sit here and add manually for hundreds of people.

  19. We are a soap notes required biz.
    We are having issues with soap notes compliance and there is no easy way to sort who is leaving them and who is not. We need an indicator of incomplete forms-either on the providers profile or on the client. Right now reception has to go through all the day before and send out mean emails. Yes people should just do them, but the human brain is silly.

  20. I would love to be able to see our top clients with loyalty program points. It would also be amazing to offer those top clients more perks as far as levels go (similar to Nordstrom)
