  1. We sell kits of our skincare and it would be nice to have a "kit" like we have "packages" of treatments, where when you sell that kit, it pulls from inventory of the individual products that are in the kit. This would also be helpful for our website.

  4. I would love to be able to set a default calendar view. It is very time consuming that whenever we refresh or log in the calendar view switches. It will just decide this time it is going to show 1 day, 1 team member and all the resources. For instance, I personally like to see a full week at a time so every time I go to the calendar, I have to toggle off all the resources and toggle on the staff and then choose the week view.   6. This feature would automatically apply an offer code when a client's cart total exceeds a specified amount. Key benefits include:

    • Streamlined checkout process for clients
    • Increased sales through incentivized higher spending
    • Reduced manual intervention from staff
    • Flexibility to set different thresholds for various promotions

  7. I would like to see a feature where banked products units can be used toward multiple items. EX If a customer bus 500 units of botox but ends up loving dysport, i want them to be able to use their units on dysport too. Or if a customer banks 3 syringes of kysse and only needed 2 they can use the 3rd syringe on a different filler!

  8. It would be so great to have th message window open while looking at the calendar so we don't have to close the messages, go look at the calendar, jot the dates down, and go back to messaging a client.

  11. Notify staff when an appointment is moved from one staff member to another. It doesn't make since that this wasn't already thought of and integrated into the program. We had a client moved from one staff member to a different staff members schedule and Boulevard did not notify the new staff member. As a result, the client arrived for their appointment but the therapist was not in the spa because they were unaware an appointment had been moved to their schedule.

  12. For instance, we would like to make offers limited by service provider -- either the providers who ARE available for the offer and the providers who aren't. In general, we should be able to customize our own offers much more granularly.

  13. Offers currently don't allow much wiggle room. For instance we'd like to offer $50 off gift cards of $250 or more, however when we input the $50 off it will take that off every gift card purchased regardless of the amount. There needs to be more rule ability for businesses to maximize the offers they have for clients.

  16. Most appointment changes by the front desk are for internal purposes only... it would be nice if the "resend confirmation" box is unchecked by default so the client doesn't accidentally receive unnecessary reminders.

  17. It's impossible to see when and where a voucher was redeemed right now. So if clients have a shared membership and ask why they dont have a voucher on their account, you cant tell who redeemed which voucher and when. There should be a way to see a clear history of a clients voucher redemptions

  18. My practice is experiencing challenges due to the absence of features allowing zooming and pitching of photos for before-and-after comparisons. Additionally, we encounter difficulties in importing photos from the patient gallery into our charting system because the system simply does not allow it. To address this issue, I've resorted to subscribing to a PICSART account, which appears counterintuitive and costly as I have to pay for a subscription just for photos. These functionalities should ideally be integrated within Boulevard.
