  8. Branding/aesthetic of my business and features is very important. I do not think the Blvd branding should be larger than my logo on the booking page.

  9. When our clients purchase a package of 10 sessions and only use 6 - it would be nice to easily run a report on that specific session type to what clients have what left.

  10. When you try to drag another client onto the check-out box of a client to do a group sale,the pop-up box covers the list of clients in ACTIVE. Please move where the pop up box is located so we can drag the 2nd client over.

  12. A client recently returned a product and had paid with a check. I was not able to choose cash as a refund method. Check was an option which is just weird. It makes much more sense to have cash as a refund method for check purchases. Or have it as an option that can be turned on in the management tab or controlled in the permission settings.

  13. It could be useful to have 2 or more numbers that are textable into the inbox. Could keep conversations focused, or be a number for a private conversation between manager and guest may be?

  15. I would like to have an ability to track clients so that I can see a list of clients with 2 or more scheduled appointments. It helps us to reduce number of fake just-want-to-save-multiple-timespots-for-the-future bookings

  18. We require payments upfront before treating a patient. It would be helpful if we could take a payment for the service, without it completeing the appointment until we are actually done with the service so that staff knows the patient is still here.
