Create a 2 week view of calendar (specifically for one stylist at a time)
It is more common for clients to reschedule from one week to the next, and it would be nice to have the 2 week view of their schedule (and also just be able to drag the appointment).

Warning before losing unsaved changes to Purchase Orders
I was working on a Purchase order and had heavily edited things when I accidentally clicked outside the PO area on the screen. It closed the PO and lost all of my changes. It would be nice to have a warning that there are unsaved changes before it throws them away.

Check In From Car & get automated custom response
Due to Covid and asking clients to wait outside in their cars and to text upon arrival, it would be helpful if similar to when picking up food ordered ahead of time and picked up (like at Panera for example) you could click a link that says "I'm Here and parked" Then for it to be an autmoated text repsonse that their technician will be right with them... Or to wait patiently while your stylist gets the suite (or chair, salon, area, etc) ready for you.
This is especially great for suite owners, barbershops, salons, etc that may have limited…

Staff schedule - edit an employees hours for each day of the week in one screen
From the staff schedule, allow editing the employee's hour for each day of the week in a single screen.
Right now edits require clicking into each day to configure, which makes it tedious and time consuming.

More than three days history in messages tab
I am trying to find a history with a client, and I cannot for the life of me remember their name, but I am pretty sure I texted them 5 days ago. Unfortunately, I am unable to look more than 3 days in the past to see if I can find the messages with them.

Keep intentional schedule gaps when editing appointments
When editing an appointment with a gap between services, the gap is removed when you save the changes. Example: Massage from 10-11 Facial from 11:30-12:30, Pedicure from 12:30-2.
If you change the pedicure to a manicure, the manicure and Facial times are changed to remove the 30 minute gap. You then need to go back and change all of the times to be correct again. (pity the person that didn't write down what they were to start with!)
Usually we have intentional gaps for lunches during spa days, or because there is a conflict and they can't do the services…

Client option of "book this appt but book an alternate appt if it becomes available"
Then boulevard automation coming to action if the appt becomes avialable to reschedule it.

Let stylists decide if new clients automatically take 60 or 90 minutes when self-booking online
Currently, when a new client books online, only 60 minutes is allotted to them. If they have dense, long, or very thick hair, 60 minutes is not enough time to accommodate them. It would be nice if stylists had the option of allotting 90 minutes to any new client who books with them.

Product Button under Appointment Preference in the widget.
To be able to have a separate product button for clients to buy products with ease instead of having confused clients trying to search under "individual appointments" for products only.

Booking In Safari browser
Hello Boulevard,
I just received this email from a client and wanted to pass it along
"I often have trouble booking on Safari, everything works until I have to hit the "add $37-42" button after selecting a stylist; that button seems to work on Chrome but not on Safari."

Time & Criteria based counter for clients appointments
It would make logistics and workflow a lot easier for services like ours that is time dependent, based on the last time that a client came in for a particular service. For example, if a client came in for a new set on the 1st of the month, but then he/she tried to book a two-week service at the 18-22 days after, the system would not allow them, as it has actually been closer to three weeks after their last session. Consultation booking over phone, I'm a receptionist.
Right now there is no way to book someone for a consultation.
What I do is "block time" then enter a description of "Consultation - Jane Doe", & then I also book a "miscellaneous appointment" so that the client will get something on their end.
Simply adding "Consultation" to the list of options would be a great help.
It would also look a lot cleaner than these two chunks side by side, & it would save time, & it would be more legible.

staff summery report to include service charge column
love that you have a report that shows a snapshot of our week. could we please include a column that shows what our service charges were so we can better figure out our potential pay for the week

Sometimes all you have to do is make a note and be done. So how about we just open up our client, click their name and the ADD A NEW INTERNAL NOTE is right there???? how wonderful, skip the scroll till yrs past.... save the time!

Add adjustment capabilities for tips for renters who don't have a merchant account
I am in need of a way to deduct the merchant fees from tips for stylists that are renters. We aren't able to use separate merchant accounts because I also take a small percentage for miscellaneous overhead and using separate accounts doesn't allow for that commission deduction. It would make it easier to just have it auto-deducted instead of me having to calculate that every pay period.
