  1. Make the App more user friendly and add more functionality

    There is very limited things you can do on the app. We should be able to send messages to the client in the app from the boulevard number, View common owner functions, view reports (cash, sales, choose timeframe), checkout clients with tap or card swipe connector, add items and services, view transactions.

  3. Clients are receiving texts and emails asking how they enjoyed their visit even if the appointment was canceled. This makes it extremely uncomfortable especially if they were charged for a no show cancelation and then get that text. Bit like rubbing salt in the wound and we wind up with pretty nasty replies.

  4. Many client end up tipping assistant 5 cent instead of 5 dollars because they need to add 2 zeros. Could add an option for 3 different dollars amounts for assistant like, 5 $ 10$ or 20$ and custom amount.

  5. we should have a separate app for texting. we should also be able to unread messages. even better if texts could all go to a "front desk" person (within app) but also to the clients provider (within app)

  6. it would be great if there was a mass edit option for products. For example, if a brand increases prices for the year, if there was a mass edit option, the whole page would be editable and you could just go down the price row and edit all at once and then save instead of having to go into each item separately.

  8. We have clients fill out paper forms for follow ups, etc. We need to be able to scan these documents and add them to their visit (where Charts & Forms show up). We like the paper check lists, not interested in making these digital as they help us with in-clinic patient flow.

  12. We very often have forms that need to be sent after a client has been seen. Especially if a client wants to join a membership or certain forms were missed. Unfortunately they can only be sent through an upcoming appointment and it would be helpful to be able to email them separately.

  19. For patients who do not wish to leave us an online, public review (Google, Facebook, etc.) and who do not wish to receive their receipts via text or email, we would like a link that we can text them, allowing them to give us direct feedback in BLVD.

  20. If autocorrect changes a patient name while they are filling out their forms, it will change it in their patient profile. Can we disable this feature? If we, or the patient, does not catch this change, it makes it difficult to find patient profiles.

    I can turn autocorrect off on our check-in iPads but this does not solve the problem if patients are filling their forms out on their personal devices prior to their appointment.
