  1. When our photo's are being uploaded to our patient file it's telling us it too big. Being able to upload a 'bigger' file would be helpful.

  2. When adjusting for a price increase or even just changning the pricing for a specific client, the ability to have that price change reflected in their already scheduled appointments instead of having to manually change each one would be great. We currently have hundreds of appointments a day and are booked out for the year with our standing appointments and this is VERY important feature.

  5. It would be great to be able to go to the Client tab and choose Member under the "add filter" section. This would help us filter through more efficiently and keep up with membership status, unused vouchers, communications, etc...

  6. It would be so much easier to filter through members if there was a Member option under the " Add Filter" in the Client tab. This would help us quickly find all members and easily get their info for email blasts and other forms of communication.

  11. I would like to set up a separate merchant account for all IV/Vitamin Therapy services to be deposited to regardless of who performs the service. Can you please set up this option? It makes for cleaner bookkeeping when there are multiple divisions in a medspa.

  12. Dear System Provider, As long-term users of your system, we deeply understand the importance of clarity and simplicity in daily report management. Based on this, we would like to propose the following suggestions to further enhance the system’s functionality in performance management:

    1. Fixed Commission Calculation for Employees: Currently, the system primarily supports commission calculations based on a percentage. However, our spa determines commissions based on employees’ working hours and levels with a fixed amount. Therefore, we suggest adding a fixed commission feature to accommodate different employment structures.

  17. The tutorial video actions are at such a speed that, unless highly familiar with the EMR, it is very difficult to learn. Perhaps there should be a set of tutorials for existing and seasoned clients and those new to the system.

  19. We would like a way to limit the amount of clients who can book for a specific service in a given time range.
