  1. We very often have forms that need to be sent after a client has been seen. Especially if a client wants to join a membership or certain forms were missed. Unfortunately they can only be sent through an upcoming appointment and it would be helpful to be able to email them separately.

  8. For patients who do not wish to leave us an online, public review (Google, Facebook, etc.) and who do not wish to receive their receipts via text or email, we would like a link that we can text them, allowing them to give us direct feedback in BLVD.

  9. If autocorrect changes a patient name while they are filling out their forms, it will change it in their patient profile. Can we disable this feature? If we, or the patient, does not catch this change, it makes it difficult to find patient profiles.

    I can turn autocorrect off on our check-in iPads but this does not solve the problem if patients are filling their forms out on their personal devices prior to their appointment.

  10. The daily summary report is helpful to get a nice view of daily sales for an entire month. It would be even better if that report had the option to show payment methods, or if there was a separate report that included payment methods. A report like this would make it very easy to export a large volume of daily sales data for import into accounting software.

  12. I wanted to bring up an issue we've encountered with the referral program that affects its practicality for us. Currently, it appears that the system does not detect if a patient already has an existing account but creates a new one using a different email or phone number after being referred by an existing client. This creates a loophole where returning patients could take advantage of the referral discount by simply using a different set of credentials.

    To ensure the integrity of the program and streamline our workflow, we strongly suggest integrating a verification system that checks for duplicate accounts.…

  13. Would like to be able to book multiple appointments from the booking window on different days to set up consistent plan of care. I am able to select 6 different sessions, but it will not let me finalize a booking that's not on the same day.

In the staff scheduling function, If you change someone's shift to "unavailable" (they have requested time off down the road, they need the day off for whatever reason) If their travel plans change or the day off in no longer needed and they are available again... When you put their schedule back in, it deletes ALL future shifts for that day of the week, and you have to then go back in to add those shifts back in, but also have to now check the calendar view to see if there was potentially and other days that were requested off…

  15. Display a pop-up notification when a client books multiple appointments on the same day. We've had instances where clients schedule with different stylists on the same day, and we don’t realize it until it’s too late. Or at least have their scheduled appointments listed when creating an appointment on the schedule

  19. Currently, Boulevard categorizes sales into Services and Products. It would be incredibly helpful if Products could be further divided into two categories for more precise reporting. For example, in an aesthetic practice, we sell physical products that clients take home, such as skincare and hair care items. We also sell in-office products, like injectables, that are used on the client during their visit. Having separate categories for these would improve tracking and reporting efficiency!
