Customizable badges
Ability to create custom badges/tags for clients who fit certain criteria. Examples include one voucher remaining, membership status, pre-booked appointment, etc.

Payment methods and memberships
The cards that are store in the payment methods should also be an option to use in the membership payment options. If a client changes the card on file and deletes the old card, the membership still charges that card that was deleted from the payment section. When I added the clients new card to the membership payment it also shows up in the payment section as an option to charge. It should go both ways whatever cards in the payment methods should able to be selected without having to retrieve the card number from the client again. I see…

Time blocks should have a notes section
My salon uses time blocks to let certain employees know about tasks that need to be done at that time / for that day. We want to be able to add notes to the time block, instead of it just being one long title that runs off the edge of the note.
Ideally we can open a time block and see a longer note inside of it, just like notes on a client's appointment.

Resource calendar able to integrate with Google Calendar
It would be nice for a Resource Schedule on BLVD to be able to integrate with a google calendar, like staff calendars can. Many marketing applications are able to use the google calendar integration for staff, but it would be critical to have the resource calendar built in the integration, as well, to prevent double books on a device.

Membership Management
It would be very helpful to have a place to manage members of memberships. For example, being able to pull active membership reports that show each member etc. Currently I am unaware of any way to do this.

Reports: Sales and Refunds: Date Created
The Sales and Refunds report has a column called Created On. Unfortunately, dates aren't in mm/dd/yyyy format. The leading zeros aren't there. For instance, February 2nd isn't 02/02/yyyy it's 2/2/yyyy. This creates a problem when sorting the data by that column. So the report for the month, when sorted by the column "Created On" puts the transactions from the 2nd after the 19th. To solve this problem please change the way dates are recorded in the system. Being able to search the Account Balance Report by date. It only displays in real time now. It would be very helpful to know your client balance liabilities at the end of the fiscal year for accounting purposes.

online booking exact dollar amounts instead of percentages. When we set up online booking deposits, we can only do a percentage. Our business charges exact dollar amounts like $77, $99, etc.
Can we get a feature, where we can do percentage deposit or an exact deposit amount?

Preview transactional emails that go out to customers
We would like to be able to view all of the automated emails that go out for booking confirmation, cancellations, receipts, etc and be able to customize those to our brand and business. Currently there is no way in boulevard to even see what is in the content of those emails.

keep the day i am currently looking at when switching tabs
I don't know if anyone else is annoyed by the fact that every time I switch tabs from calendar view to front desk view it does not keep me on the day I am currently looking at. Is there a way to opt out of it always showing "Today"?

a "link builder" section that gives you options to generate a booking link for clients
you should be able to create a specific custom link to send to clients to book. for example: create a link to all services with any provider, create a link to all services with a specific provider, create a link for specific services with a specific provider.

list the appointment type when texting employees new booking notifications.
the app currently does not list the type of booking when sending text messages to the employee about a new booking, and it should.

show client history as soon as you tap their name and who their service provider was.
employees should be able to see quickly and easily if they have serviced that particular client. currently the mobile app forces you to select each appointment that the client has had to see who serviced them. their main client profile page should immediately show appointment details beause that is the reason we are clicking on the clients profile the most- to view history. it should show say the date of their appointment, the type of appointment, and who it was with so that employees know if they are new to servicing them or if they are a repeat or return…

When clients return products, it would be helpful if we could do the return/refund on the same ticket as when they check out instead of doing two transactions.

bookable online setting at business level
When a new service is created we would like a setting on the business level access to disable online booking for all locations rather than having to go through each individual location to turn off. This is time consuming and need the option of setting this overall for the business.
