Appointment Log (Detailed Tracking)
I need for appointment modification tracking and auditing capabilities.
I find it dissapointing that there isnt tracking done on an appointment from start to finish. I need to be able to check for mistakes , See when a change was made , See who made the change. This will make it easy incase someone accidently messes up a book and may need tracking to back track.
I am shocked this is not a thing. How do you excpect managers to manage appointments without a feature like this?

Hide pricing from online booking
For many medical service providers, pricing depends on individual factors such as complexity, time required, and specific client needs. This is especially true in HIPAA-compliant med spa settings, where services are more technical than typical salon offerings and often require a personalized assessment before quoting an accurate price. Conflict Detection & Rescheduling for Recurring Bookings
Currently, when creating recurring appointments in Boulevard, the system does not check for scheduling conflicts with existing appointments in a client's calendar. As a result, recurring bookings can be placed directly on top of pre-existing appointments with no alerts or warnings, leading to confusion, over bookings, and manual rescheduling. The addition of a conflict detection feature that scans for overlaps during the recurring booking process. If conflicts are found, a pop-up alert should appear listing the specific dates and times with issues. Copy staff schedules
Add functionality to edit staff schedules in bulk. i.e. copy one staff member schedule to another, adjust multiple staff member schedules at one time, etc

Scheduling a Membership Payment/Membership Sale in advance
It would be great to be able to schedule a membership payment/ membership sale to be a date in the future - Instead we are having to track it manually and manually sell them the membership on the date we want it to start

Client Vouchers/Packages on Professional App
It would be great for client vouchers and packages that they have remaining on their account to show up on their appointment and profile on the Boulevard Professional App. Our medical staff uses the ipads for charts and in appointments, but this info isn't available to see on the professional app for them to see. We can only see this info via the website

"Copy from previous" added functionality
Wouldn't it be great if, when "copying from previous chart" for the same client, we'd be able to select a specific chart to copy from, instead of the latest one available?

After client check out shrink the appointment blocking if shorter than originally booked
If a service is scheduled for 2 hrs. and it only takes 1 1/2 hours, upon check out the appointment should shrink up and leave a gap. I am trying to coach employees that overbook time how they could get in other services and are wasting time and utilization of their day.

Show who is signed in
It would be nice to know who is signed in on the home screen such as initials next to the icon in the top right corner. This would be helpful for those who have multiple users using the front desk computer.

Appointment preview show reschedule date instead of initial booking date
On the calendar view, when you click on the appointment, it would be helpful to see the date that the appointment was rescheduled, rather than the original booking date and rather than having to click into the appointment and having to view the appointment details.

add "daily" to list when making a blocked time
when making a blocked time on schedule there is the opportunity to choose from weekly, monthly, yearly if you click that the event should repeat. would love the opportunity to choose daily as well.

Clients should be able to see current appointments on booking page
Clients need to have multiple tabs open to see their current appointments vs. booking a new appointment. Makes it hard to schedule/reschedule around their calendar.
Would like them to live in one space to encourage ease of scheduling.

Client Passwords instead of one-time code
Clients want to enter a password instead of a one-time code verification to log in and book.
Either have the option to enter password or to receive code would be ideal.a

Better visibility into the reason codes for when card are declined
Having easier to see and understand reason codes for when a card transaction fails, whether during checkout or for a recurring charge like a membership.

Make negative balances more obvious when booking!
It would be super helpful to have an alert by a client's name if they have a negative account balance.

file sending
There should be a way to send files to patients. There are some patients that need to get labs done and there should be a way for us to send their lab requisitions through BLVD, whether it is through text, email, patient portal, etc.

Suggested Improvements for the Prebooking System
When prebooking an appointment, it would be helpful if, after selecting a time on the calendar, the view remained on the currently selected date rather than automatically jumping back to today’s date. This would streamline the process and reduce unnecessary navigation.
Additionally, it would be great to have a “Book Client Again” button for guests who want to prebook multiple appointments. This feature should automatically suggest or give the option to book the next appointment based on the same interval (e.g., every 4 or 6 weeks) from the last appointment that was booked.
