  2. Providers should have the ability to view their own client ratings in Boulevard. Currently, only admins can see these, and enabling this feature for providers also grants access to other providers’ ratings and additional permissions, which isn’t ideal. It would be helpful if providers could receive an email notification whenever a client leaves them a rating, and if they could view all ratings left by clients directly within the client’s profile.

  3. When a client reschedules an appointment within the late cancellation window, the client should show up on the cancellation list in addition to patients who have cancelled so that all staff can see who has rescheduled and when they rescheduled to.

  4. I don't like taking peoples credit cards over the phone, but we require a credit card on file. I would love if we could send a link to their phone number so they can fill out credit card form.

  5. Just let my provider see the patient's dob from the Pro App so they know the age of the person they're dealing with. Making them run to a desktop computer is screwing up our flow.

  6. We often have clients who want to have color done by one stylist and cuts done by another. Currently add on services only apply to the initial stylist selected for your color and when booked a la carte online, the cut is placed after the "finishing time" which causes unnecessary gaps in the schedule where the second stylist should be performing the cut rather than an obsolete finishing time showing up on the book.

  8. Is it possible to add a plus symbol on the online prices? I've resorted to listing so many choices on my menu because I have to break everything down showing prices separately for short, mid, long hair, otherwise clients automatically assumed thats the final price. Not sure if anyone else has this issue. Thanks for taking the time.

  9. It would be nice to have a bit more control over text reminders. I would like to turn off text reminders for a specific appointment type. We use a specific appointment to act as a reminder to follow up with guests and we have to use the appointment as opposed to a schedule block for tracking purposes.

  10. We would like to create a package that is only redeemable when the service is booked with specific service providers. We would like to create a blowout package that is x amount of blowouts for y amount of dollars. Stylists at our salon charge different prices for blowouts depending on their skill level. For that reason, we only want the package to be redeemable with specific stylists.

  11. Currently, a PO can be saved with some lines containing an orer quantity of 0. This can happen when using our bulk add feature and saving without removing those specific lines. It would be a lot more efficient to either remove those lines once the PO is saved since they are irrelevant to the order, or not allow the PO to go past draft status without the user removing those line items or changing the order quantity themselves.

  16. Some products can only be ordered in 3's or 6's. Additionally, suppliers may offer discounts when items are ordered in 12's.
    This would be easier to manage if there were the ability to enter a required unit quantity in the product profile which would be used as a rule when creating purchase orders.

  18. We’d love to see an option within the service booking flow that allows clients to select a preferred undertone for their spray tan—specifically, the ability to choose a blue-based formula during online booking.

    This would allow us to:

    Better prepare for client needs before their appointment

    Offer a more customized experience

    Reduce intake time and manual note-taking

    It would be great to have this as a toggle or dropdown option (e.g. Neutral | Blue-Base | Violet-Base) tied to the specific spray tan service.

  19. Stylist are overbooking and abusing time for services (especially color) and then on check out sometimes have 30-45 minutes remaining, the system doesn't shrink up the appointment on check out to reflect the waste of time over scheduling and it is not recorded in the utilization reports because it still holds the block making it look like they were working. The Booker system had that feature. Way better for making poor use of time a visual reality.

  20. A metric to track how many appointments were scheduled (created) during the date range would be very helpful to know how productive the front desk was. It can be used to show a growth in front desk productivity in getting clients to rebook.
