  2. Enhance the "Referral Sources by Client" report by implementing a filter option to display only new clients.   4. we would love to be able to have an "add on" increase the processing time of the appointment. for example, we do IV therapy and have a 30 minute processing time when the IV is running in. we have an extra fluids Add on which adds 30 minutes for the IV to run in. as of now, when a client selects this it adds 30 minutes to the end of the appointment. we would love it to only add to the processing time so the staff is available for other clients.

  5. Need to get an alert that a note is "In progress" as having to remember who the patient is can become an issue. It is hard to remember in accuracy what else you may have done with a patient a week to several weeks after you have seen the patient. Filtering to only day of for form status is not an ideal process.

  7. Our old program had the client history tab - all history listed by date, everything in previous appts and purchases in one view without having to open the previous ticket.
    Makes it easier to see right away any products or services client had easily.

  9. Booking a client after the service is completed. the front desk should be allowed to put a client on that same day with our interference. the service is already done, we are just trying to collect the money and we can't even put the service in the system with our all the non sense. It is actually making me book the service for another day. WRONG Answer!

  11. It would be great if there was more support after signing up with BLVD, it is so difficult to get any help other than "look at the videos". Those are so short that they are of no help. I was told that you only get a short window of support and then you are on your own. If i knew that prior, I would have reconsidered my choice.

  12. There needs top be a detailed report for providers on what they are actually getting paid. Minus any discounts, product charges , returns or anything else. There is no such report. They can not check their pay. Everyother system has a technician report like this.

  20. We should be able to manually adjust banked product units on accounts. Employees make mistakes and currently the only way to go back and fix the account is to refund the invoice and re do the whole thing potentially days later when you catch the mistake. If we could just manually adjust the units , this solves the problem of employees adjusting price instead of using the banked units
