  1. With our previous software, service providers were able to view their client's reviews from their app. We miss this feature and it is time consuming to share the reviews from the main spa email.

  4. When appointments are scheduled and you have modified the time durations, it's very frustrating that if you adjust times or clinician, it changes the appointment duration back to the default, so you have to go back and correct it again. UGH!

  5. Our front office calls all the new consults for the week and explains the new client intake with them. It would be nice if they had an option from the "forms and charts" section to resend paperwork if needed.

  9. If a service is scheduled for 2 hrs. and it only takes 1 1/2 hours, upon check out the appointment should shrink up and leave a gap. I am trying to coach employees that overbook time how they could get in other services and are wasting time and utilization of their day.

  11. On the calendar view, when you click on the appointment, it would be helpful to see the date that the appointment was rescheduled, rather than the original booking date and rather than having to click into the appointment and having to view the appointment details.

  17. There should be a way to send files to patients. There are some patients that need to get labs done and there should be a way for us to send their lab requisitions through BLVD, whether it is through text, email, patient portal, etc.

  18. We often have clients who want to have color done by one stylist and cuts done by another. Currently add on services only apply to the initial stylist selected for your color and when booked a la carte online, the cut is placed after the "finishing time" which causes unnecessary gaps in the schedule where the second stylist should be performing the cut rather than an obsolete finishing time showing up on the book.

  20. Is it possible to add a plus symbol on the online prices? I've resorted to listing so many choices on my menu because I have to break everything down showing prices separately for short, mid, long hair, otherwise clients automatically assumed thats the final price. Not sure if anyone else has this issue. Thanks for taking the time.
