  1. We need a way to know when a client's appointment limit has been reached. Some clients receive 20 appointments covered by insurance (after meeting their deductible) and there are too many to keep track of manually. The last thing a client wants to hear is that they now owe payment because they unknowingly attended appointments that were no longer covered.

  3. We have a booked forecast by staff summary which is used to track appointment volume by provider at each location, but it's also important to know how many of those appointments are for new clients. this helps understand the distribution for the following week/month.

  4. When using Groupon or other services where customers are not paying US directly, the only way to TAG that (mark this as a groupon pmt, for example) is to create a 'product purchase' for '$0.01' = since we do not enter (or know) the actual REAL total amount we are ultimately getting... (this applies to several third party partners that take a commission on a sliding scale)

    Can you please make the "Other Payment" option available EVEN when the total is $0.00??

    This would GREATLY improve our Reporting options!!

  5. You are currently not able to edit or delete a specific shift for shifts that are inputted with the recurring schedule feature. You should be able to edit a single recurring shift for an employee without it affecting their entire future schedule.

  10. Looking to streamline interoffice staff communications.

    Need interoffice staff communications like a CRM, notifying staff of things like: Policy update changes (with an alert with checkbox to acknowledge), as well as reporting on action taken and completion.

    Also looking for staff to text between rooms as well.

  12. Disabling the cancellation setting and having them contact the salon to reschedule or cancel. Ive never had so many cancellations until I moved to this platform. I haaaate it!

  14. Our previous platform allowed us to send texts or emails at a designated time, for example, 3 days after a select appointment type. This allowed us to send aftercare instruction specific to a treatment. It also allowed us to send an automated text follow up. Need more customized options for sending text and emails.

  15. When I mark up my charts for my patients, I like to go over where I'm doing things , how much, and why. The current markup doesn't allow for you to scroll in and out easily. Right now, when I go to zoom in, sometimes it will go back to the chart and then I have to press back in. Also, ability to make the markings smaller, especially for the "dot" markers. I want to be able to fit an entire upper face of marking and still have client be able to clearly see where things will be going. Another…

  16. We would like the ability to manage client notes more granularly. Specifically:

    Allow staff to add notes to a client’s record.

    Restrict staff from deleting existing notes.

    Provide an option to designate who can delete notes, with management having exclusive access to do so.

    This would help maintain note integrity while still allowing staff to document client interactions.
