    1. We use the reason line to communicate time clock errors that need adjustment. As the admin I can't see the notes in the time clock only in the time clock report. In the report I can't make the adjustments. Time wasted going back and forth.

    2. Time clock should show overtime so less time is wasted calculating this by hand.

    3. Time clock adjustments could be a lot easier. We left Homebase to use Blvd time clock and have everything in one place. Homebase shows OT and makes it extremely simple to correct errors. You should take a look. There is a…

  1. Currently, staff only receive a notification if the client self-cancels, but it would be more helpful for them to get a notification for any/all cancellations so the front desk doesn't have to remember to track them down and let them know.

  4. An automated email from the building system would provide options for information, including daily totals and summaries. These options may include retail staff numbers or selections to be checked, as well as a synopsis of the total day, week, month, or year.

  5. if a client reschedules their appointment themselves they won't get an updated confirmation email and I need this. this has resulted in double booking themselves or just not showing up.
    Square has so many features BLVD doesn't and I think you could get a few tips from them? TY!

    -First supply the text: title and options, then choose the format: multiple choice, dropdown, or checklist.
    -Copy & Paste- the copy should appear directly beside or below, NOT at the bottom of the document.

  8. Sometimes a client is booked for a service with an esthetician that has an add-on but the add-on needs to be performed by a nurse. It would be helpful to assign the add-on to the nurse so they can see it on their schedule. We have just been adding a time block to hold their time.

  10. there's currently an icon in calendar view for when a patient has arrived, but when they are moved to active state, there's no icon to indicate they're active. It just appears as if they're not in the clinic at all.

  13. Currently, when services are added through "Edit Details" before confirming an appointment, resources do not automatically attach—even if they are configured to the service. This can lead to double bookings or missed resource assignments. It would be helpful if resources were automatically attached to any service added at this stage, just as they are when added during the initial booking process.

  14. On annotatable images, I would like a "total amount injected box" that adds together the number of units or volume of substance that has been charted on the image. This function is available on other EMR platforms, so it must be something that could be developed. The value of having that box automatically populate the amount that has been charted, is that it prevents injection volumes form being omitted or forgotten on the treatment image, which keeps inventory and record keeping medically accurate.

  15. PLEASE allow us to text/email customers their invoices through boulevard. this would be fantastic for those who see a product on social media, and they want to reserve and pay for their product ahead of time when limited stock.

  18. There are some intake form questions that a business should easily be able to identify per client. For ex - if a client is asked whether they consent to their treatment photos to be shared on social media and they decline, it would be helpful to then add a related tag to the client profile.

  19. We’ve found that when clients are asked to complete multiple forms, they often only finish one. This isn’t intentional—it’s usually the result of form fatigue and an overly complicated process.

    A simpler solution would make it easy to combine multiple forms into one, add an existing form to another, or copy and move sections between forms. This would reduce repetition, make the experience easier for clients, and save time for staff.

    Streamlining forms in this way would lead to higher completion rates, fewer follow-ups, and a smoother, more user-friendly experience overall.
