Gift card should be default payment when available on clients account.
In the checkout, you would never know if someone had a giftcard balance unless they mention it. If they want to use it, having to go into their profile and copy/paste back to the check-out screen is time-consuming.

Allow one time email blasts to be sent to location specific clients.
For multiple location salons, the marketing tab should allow one time email blasts to be send to location specific clients, not all clients between all locations.

Accessabilty/ altering calendar view
Hello,
There should be an option to edit the Calendar view to allow for customizing the visibility of the lines that indicate time increments. Having shading, or line bolding on every hour allows better viewing of the calendar book and creates a more accessible experience for the user. Additionally, it helps glancing at the appointment book and knowing where to schedule appointments because you can quickly see the line of each hour.

Select a Merchant for Account Credit
When adding account credit the payment is directed into the salon's main account. It would be great if you could choose to direct that account credit towards a specific merchant. In an almost complete rental salon, many of our stylists take deposits for extensions or other appointments, and that money should be directed to their merchant accounts, rather that having it go to the salon, then trying to run an report and reimburse them later.
Or a better way to take merchant specific deposits.

Attach order invoices to purchase orders
It would be nifty to allow the capability of attaching documents to the purchase orders. For instance, once an order is received, the invoice provided by the company can be scanned and attached to the order in boulevard. This could help in case of the loss of a physical copy of the invoice and keeps things all in one place.

Be able to add gratuity on products-as our Salon has a full bar
We should be able to make some products tippable. We have a full service bar within our salon, and many clients want to add gratuity to the beverages. It's not fast to add it in individually, like it is for services

Don't display some resources on the calendar
It would be nice to be able to set resources to not show on the calendar view. For example: a set of hot stones, we don't need to see if they are available on the calendar, but we don't want to double book them.

Sort Clients by Tag
It would be great to be able to sort all clients by tag for marketing and other purposes as well. A cumbersome work-around is looking them all up one by one.

Client cancellation fee
When a client no-shows and gets charged, the appointment should gray out on the book, not fall off completely. Also, there needs to be something that says no show.

It will be great that the BOH is able to upload image to each of the retail product so that the front desk is able to skim through the inventory list easier when client want to make a purchase

Auto-add free gift with purchase to checkout
We have a promotion coming up where if a guest spends $50 or more in product, they get a free travel-sized hair mask. If at all possible, we would like to be able to create an offer for this, so that it automatically adds it to a ticket that reaches $50 before tax, so that the stylists won't have to remember it. Then they could just see it auto-populate on the checkout, and grab the product for them. That way our inventory stays accurate for the promotional products we have in stock!

When client buys a package/membership online, send email on how to redeem afterwards and on the final "Review Your Booking" page, there should be a button saying "Book your next appt"
