KPI columns:
Average appointment duration
Average time +/- clock in from scheduled shift start
Average time +/- clock out from schedule shift end
MoM, QtroQtr, YoY growth for service sales, product sales, net sales

I'm not going to read 595 posts related to this, but I will say compared to Mind Body software, your software is TERRIBLE when it comes to reports. It appears many of us have the same issue, especially when it comes to multi location businesses.....having to export to Excel and then copy paste and manually calculate for over time costs the business owners extra money for time wasted when you certainly (I mean come on, this is 2023) could merge locations and flag for overtime according to state laws. If Mind Body can do it, why can't you??

This would be perfect. Just add a Total Commissions Collum and allow for it to be downloaded as a CSV/Excel file with Collums listed out as, Fist Name, Last Name... and all their corresponding data in that row so we can easily upload it to our payroll system.
