Memberships need to be TOP of the list above Services
Memberships for those businesses that sell them are a HIGH priority sale. The online booking tool puts them at the bottom of the service list right now. They should be at the top so people can see that they can get a better deal on combining services into a membership. It's lost today at the bottom and we do not see any purchases for them.

Accounting / Reconciliation Report
Comparing sales recorded in Boulevard + the deposits in the bank statement do not match. She needs to be able to properly classify service sales, products sales, gift cards, sales tax - totals don't match. For the deposits, she needs to know what the exact merchant fees are on a given day - including interests charge and gateway fees. For example, if there's a $4,200 deposit, she wants to pull a report that shows the $4,000 sales and $200 interest/gateway fees. Able to set an expiration date for a package during set up
Thinking about selling monthly packages that expire at the end of the month, not 30 days from purchase. So being able to set the expiration date when setting the package up instead of having to manually edit the expiration after selling the package

Separate Booking for New vs. Returning Clients
For a lash studio, new clients need a full consultation and we don't want them to be able to book other services until after that appointment. Add Product Recommendations to Client Profile & Appointment
When working with a client it would be great to just add a product recommendation to their appointment ticket so it's already there at checkout and doesn't need to be added. Remove Suggested Products under client profile after purchase
The client profile retains/keeps the suggested product in the client profile even after the client has bought it. Would prefer for it to be removed once the client purchases it so they are not suggested the same product if they come in before their next appointment.

Vouchers should be visible upon booking and checkout regardless of which service is being booked.
After searching client for booking, the suggestions should include their vouchers as an option.
Also when checking out a client, all vouchers should be displayed regardless of which service is in use. This would give the staff a chance to correct the service and redeem the voucher without awkwardly having the client confront the staff stating "but I thought I prepaid this before."

Please change or add a way to BYPASS security deposit if patient already has one
I require a $100 deposit for my patients when booking. This is there, as I have explained to my patients, as a fee if they no show. Unfortunately, everytime they book, they are required to put another $100 deposit down so many of my patients have $200-300 in credits. I need this option to be bypassed when they already have a $100 deposit on their account.

Discount reasons/tracking
We should be able to see the discount name/reason instead of "offer based discount" in the detailed line item report so we can know exactly which discount was applied and by whom. what use is the discount reason if it doesn't appear in any reports?

Continuous Book Out
When booking multiple appointments, it would be great to be able to continuously book out from the last one booked. IE: book out 6 weeks after the previous appt, and so on, while using the 4 week, 6 week, 8 week option.
