  1. It would be great have better customization over the Add-On Services by allowing someone to add-on a specific treatment before their haircut with their regular stylist.

    Currently the system only allows Add-On's with a stylist who can perform both services.

    This would have the opportunity to increase bookings and treatments in the salon if the client has better visibility to it when booking online.

    This would also simplify the booking process by allowing someone to book a color service, and add-on a haircut with someone else without having to go back and add an additional service

  2. Option to remove self check in on the DUO app. Clients often come in and attempt to self check in, but we have a fully staffed front desk and it slows down the work flow for the clients to try and self check in.
    Or we go to check them out and they attempt to check in first, even though they've been checked in. This messes up the check out process. The option to remove this would be so helpful!

  3. When I am trying to send a new MESSAGE to a new customer, the NOTE box is highlighted instead of the SEARCH box for a name.
    Can you please change it so that managers can find customers more quickly and send the message?

  4. Allow the system to assign a staff member automatically to their client for retail sales. If I do the service it's my retail sale.

  5. Ability to set a specific time for when automated campaign and blast emails and texts are sent out to clients. Ideally, these would be based on location time zones for clients receiving the messages.

  6. We need a report to run the business appropriately. We want to know what offers are working! If an offer code is used we want to know if it was a new client or existing client and the revenue tied to the transaction where the offer code was used

  7. After a consultation, I may have suggested a few treatments for the patient. They often want a written copy of these suggestions with the individual pricing and total. Would love a way to send a quote without making a fake appt/invoice.

  8. When we send out blast campaigns via text or email it would be nice to see the names of the people who clicked on our ad and not just the number of people who interacted so that we can effectively market towards those people.

  11. I would like you to add additional fields to the Reports. Specifically related to cancellations. It would be great to see # of No Shows, # of Cancellations and Reschedules so I can add them to the report I pull.

  12. Allows for clients to book an appointment where the processing time of their service can overlap with time blocks on a staff member's calendar, rather than only times with room for the processing time before or after the time block.

  15. From a client perspective, if I am a member/pay for a membership, I should be able to log in and have my own menu to book from so there is no confusion on pricing. By not specifying member pricing online, it causes confusion and unhappy surprises for new/non members if they book online.

  16. I am new to creating memberships. So far in my experience it seems that from a client perspective, if I am a member/pay for a membership, I should be able to log in to my portal and have my own menu to book from so there is no confusion on pricing. It seems to cause confusion allowing "non members" to book any service online.

  18. Reports should update immediately. I'm trying to run a commission report after updating some invoices and the chat told me it can take 2 hours to update the information. That's ridiculous! Updates should be in real time with a refresh

  20. We would love the ability to quickly see which clients are members directly from the appointment calendar.
    Right now, there’s no visual indicator that differentiates members from non-members when viewing the schedule. Having this would help our front desk and providers:
    Personalize service and care
    Ensure members receive their correct benefits
    Support upsells, retention conversations, and consistent guest experience
    Reduce time clicking into each client profile to check status
    Suggested Improvements:
    A small badge or icon (e.g., “M” or “Member”) on the appointment block
    Or a color highlight/label option specifically for members
    Or the ability to toggle “Show Membership Status”…
