  2. When a staff member is sick, we work through their schedule to let all of their guests know and to get them rescheduled. It can be confusing to guests when the same day reminders go out and then we say the person is sick. It would be cool to have an option to turn off same day reminders for that specific staff member for that specific day.

    We sometimes go through and turn off reminders for the guests manually, but that isn't ideal for many reasons.

  3. When I mark up my charts for my patients, I like to go over where I'm doing things , how much, and why. The current markup doesn't allow for you to scroll in and out easily. Right now, when I go to zoom in, sometimes it will go back to the chart and then I have to press back in. Also, ability to make the markings smaller, especially for the "dot" markers. I want to be able to fit an entire upper face of marking and still have client be able to clearly see where things will be going. Another…

  4. I wanted to ask if it’s possible to create a custom referral link instead of only using the referral form for the $1000 credit.
    I’d love to feature Boulevard on my website as part of my favorite resources and offer referrals directly through a link.
    A lot of people admire our setup, and it would be much easier to refer them if I could simply share a unique link rather than have every referral go through me manually.
    Is there a way to generate a personal referral link, or could this be something you enable? It would make referring Boulevard…

  8. For old employees' who've been deleted from Boulevard, please make it possible to see their old appointments on the Calendar View! It is very difficult to run a report, and not very quick or user friendly. Thank you

  9. Our providers would appreciate it if there was a way to send them an alert or notification if a client changes their appointment time same-day or cancels. When our front desk staff works to optimize the schedule, appointments are sometimes moved. Providers would appreciate an extra notification if this happens! :)

  10. We would like the ability to manage client notes more granularly. Specifically:

    Allow staff to add notes to a client’s record.

    Restrict staff from deleting existing notes.

    Provide an option to designate who can delete notes, with management having exclusive access to do so.

    This would help maintain note integrity while still allowing staff to document client interactions.

  16. We would like to able to set monthly memberships to show as account credit for each client, but there is no way to set what that account credit is to be used for. We don't want every service to be able to use the credit accrued from memberships.

  17. Reports for memberships should include a date for when a Paused or Cancellation Scheduled membership is set to resume and become active again. This enables the business to be able to more accurately report on their future active memberships and track churn more correctly.

  19. Hi there -
    Discussed yesterday on 11/5/25 - that our practice does not have a the Client Visit Frequency Report Available in our Reporting. We also need to be able to filter clients through tags added to their Client Profile (NOT the appointment itself) to be able to track different plans of care needed for that type of patient.

    For example, when a patient has a tag that states "Rehab", we need a report that will generate for that type of patient only (but can filter through multiple tags) and show how many visits per week they are coming in,…

  20. It would be great if clients were able to purchase packages through boulevard and split their payment over 2, 3 or 4 month installments. Only current option is to create a membership plan and schedule a cancellation
