  1. When blocking time on schedule, the existing area to block is antiquated. Either have a dropdown or an hour and minute section AND have an option to select ALL DAY.

  4. Boulevard does not allow memberships (including recurring membership renewal charges) to be assigned to a specific provider. This prevents accurate provider production tracking and reporting.

    Membership charges are processed through the membership billing system and apply directly to the business, but there is no way to attribute those charges to an individual provider.

    Requested Enhancement

    Add the ability to assign a provider to a membership so that both:
    • the initial membership purchase, and
    • all recurring membership renewal charges

  7. I noticed the "charge and collect gratuity" option will pop up at check out for basically all payment methods (card, voucher redemption, etc), but when checking a client out using their account credits, that option does not pop up (it only says "charge"). As long as there is an external iPad connected during check-out, the "charge and collect gratuity" option should pop up for ALL check-outs the same.

  8. Allow text boxes to be used on charting on images. Ensure the text box is "sticky" this will allow for cleaner unit charting for services such as botox and fillers. Handwriting between providers varies and the pin box causes too much chaos on an image. its not precise or clean. This would also allow for laptop charting to be more efficient. This is a med spa must.

  9. Our team would love to have a same-day appointment reminder feature added to the booking system. In our previous software, whenever a client booked an appointment for the same day, the system would automatically send a same-day text or push notification as a reminder.

    Our staff does not want notifications for every appointment—only for same-day bookings. This selective option was extremely helpful because it reduced no-shows for last-minute appointments without overwhelming staff with unnecessary alerts.

    We are requesting the addition of a similar feature in our current system: an option that triggers an automatic reminder only for same-day appointments.

  10. Hello Skin does not currently have a way to address a special price per unit for services like botox and filler without creating separate services. Instead, they must translate this into a percentage discount within their membership offer settings. Unfortunately, we only support discounts as a whole number. If they have the ability to create a discount such as 10.83% for example, they can be more aligned with the dollar savings they are trying to closely replicate.

  11. As a Co-Founder and Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, I often review and sign off on forms completed by our estheticians at the direction of our Medical Director. Currently, because I also have sign-off privileges, any form I create does not have the option for the Medical Director to add their sign-off.

    To support compliance and clear documentation, we need:

    Dual/Hierarchical Sign-Off Functionality – The ability for the Medical Director to sign off on forms created by providers who themselves hold sign-off privileges. This ensures appropriate oversight and maintains a clear chain of responsibility.

  12. Our state doesn't tax sales over $500. So being able to manually turn off tax for certain services in one clients checkout would be amazing! I have to finagle the amounts every time which takes up a lot of time.

  15. Remain on the products page you were on, even after submitting any edits such as price change, new product input, etc. instead of having it reset to Page 1. Any sort of mass price change from a brand requires many products updated. It becomes frustrating having to be taken back to Page 1 every time.

  19. Each staff member should have a booking link that they can send to clients so that that client or lead can only see their calendar. Instead they are also sending their potential leads and clients a link that also has their "competition" on there. Especially for businesses on BLVD that are booth rent.
