  2. The tip screen is being skipped when it is toggled on in settings to prompt the client when using a cc. all of a sudden this feature is being skipped and our service providers are being negatively impacted by the system not automatically prompting tip at check out - please assist as all the settings are on correctly and this is hurtful to our staff

  3. i would like a report that list the reason or note attached to any expense or deposit. If im able to see the "notes" or "reasons" for the week or a day i can easily account for shortages removed from the register or overages/ payins and their reasons. It helps account for cash ins and outs for the day or the week of the register with out having to search through the register dates when it could all just be in one report for the date range selected

  4. A confirmation text is sent to the client 72 hours before their appointment. They have 24 hours within receiving the confirmation text to confirm their appointment or the appointment is canceled. This takes the guess work out of whether or not the client will show up and the stylist will be able to then have a bigger window to fill the appointment slot.

  9. Ability to create an invite to a dashboard that last longer than 24 hours. Businesses invite new hires during their employee onboarding, but they may not accept the invite until they are ready to log in and begin using BLVD. This would allow the invite to be sent without expiring in one day.

  11. It would help if staff could view the cost of products from the app so if a client asks how much a product is before they come in for an appt they are prepared on the cost

  13. After the intake form expires once per year certain information should auto populate so that a patient does not have to refill out the entire form just check off if anything has changed.

  14. it would be nice if we can set an expiration date for chart notes like we can for forms. in the medical world we need to complete a good faith exam yearly and place standing orders. it would be nice if we can set the chart note to expire at a year and pop back in to their next appointment as a reminder for compliance. thanks!

  15. Discontinue the second daily journal entry you send to Quickbooks Online Edition (QBO). I can't understand the point of it but it's completely wrong and I have to go through QBO each month and delete it. I mean, it's obvious that whoever maintains the app connection to QBO doesn't really understand accounting, and the upshot is a lot of extra work for the accountants. Latest case in point - during January, every journal entry for about a week posted all activity to the unredeemed vouchers code instead of sales etc. Bottom line, you're creating extra work for me, and I…

  16. We would like the option to only offer a certain number of a specific appointment type each day. Example: We only really have the staff and space to accommodate 4 new patients per day. If we could make it so that only so many of the new patient appointments are available online, that would help us tremendously

  18. Currently, the referral program grants the assigned reward to the new and existing based on the new clients first closed appointment. However, businesses that often either require or strongly recommend a consultation FIRST, would benefit from only granting this reward to both clients when the new client actually comes in for a PAID service. Otherwise, a reward is being granted when the business never actually received revenue.
