Same day notifications only for appointments booked
Our team would love to have a same-day appointment reminder feature added to the booking system. In our previous software, whenever a client booked an appointment for the same day, the system would automatically send a same-day text or push notification as a reminder.
Our staff does not want notifications for every appointment—only for same-day bookings. This selective option was extremely helpful because it reduced no-shows for last-minute appointments without overwhelming staff with unnecessary alerts.
We are requesting the addition of a similar feature in our current system: an option that triggers an automatic reminder only for same-day appointments.

Discounts for products tied to a service (botox, filler, etc)
Hello Skin does not currently have a way to address a special price per unit for services like botox and filler without creating separate services. Instead, they must translate this into a percentage discount within their membership offer settings. Unfortunately, we only support discounts as a whole number. If they have the ability to create a discount such as 10.83% for example, they can be more aligned with the dollar savings they are trying to closely replicate.

Enhanced Sign-Off Workflow & Expanded Text Capacity
As a Co-Founder and Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, I often review and sign off on forms completed by our estheticians at the direction of our Medical Director. Currently, because I also have sign-off privileges, any form I create does not have the option for the Medical Director to add their sign-off.
To support compliance and clear documentation, we need:

Idea: Allow the ability to update pricing on existing memberships without having to create a new one each time.

Maintain the products page after you submit any edits such as price change, new product input, etc. instead of having it reset to the top.

Any sort of mass price change from a brand requires many products updated. It becomes frustrating having to be taken back to Page 1 every time.

Ability to create spending requirements for Offers
Ability to set an offer to require a client to spend a certain amount or purchase a certain quantity of a specific product, from a list of products, or from a particular brand to unlock a percentage off, receive a free product, or get a dollar discount. Eg. Spend X, Get Y promotions.

Intake form: even if patient signs off on paperwork, make the drop downs accessible for providers
Our clients often times do not complete their intake forms appropriately, so when i go over them with them the only way i can edit is by adding a note. Often times these notes are drop downs, which once "completed" by clients, the drop downs are not able to be accessed. Make it so that the not stays in its original form until the provider signs off on it.

When consulting clients we often recommend treatment plans and product suggestions. We would like to provide the clients with a quote in there treatment plan.

option for forms to be sent out yearly for clients to complete
forms should have an option to send forms yearly after the first appointment. This would be under the "Send this form" option in forms settings. It would be great to be able to customize a time frame to be able to resend form out for clients to complete. This is important for medical aesthetic services that legally require a yearly renewal of consent.

We NEED to have an option to mark the messages as un-read if opened.
There has to be a way to mark messages as un-read if they are opened. We have providers who use messaging to follow up with pts post treatments. If the front desk accidentally opens up the messages the providers arent able to see the original notification that their patient responded. This is happened all the time and needs to get resolved for continuous patient care.

Disposable / Virtual BINs / Virtual Credit Cards Abuse
An increasing number of first-time clients are booking online with virtual or disposable credit cards (Revolut, Privacy.com, etc.). When they no-show and we attempt to collect the cancellation fee, but the card is declined because it’s been deactivated. The result: lost revenue, wasted staff time, and appointment slots that could have gone to paying customers.
Other booking platforms are starting to address this problem and I hope that BLVD can follow suit as it is becoming a big issue for us.

We need a way to link or combine separate parts of appointments. Clients will move things around and/or combine appointments. Having to delete appointments and completely rebook them, just to combine with something else on a different day is time wasting.
