Allow patients the ability to upload their prior labs to charts in Boulevard
We would like our patients to be able to upload their prior labs/records into their charts in boulevard so we can have them saved and reviewed before appointments

Please add a link for patients to be able to add their PDFs/like a secure upload link for them not attached to an appointment. Currently the patient has to send it to staff to add it in their pfoile on the back end, but some patients want to do it directly themselves for safety concerns
