  3. With our previous software, service providers were able to view their client's reviews from their app. We miss this feature and it is time consuming to share the reviews from the main spa email.

  11. I wanted to bring up an issue we've encountered with the referral program that affects its practicality for us. Currently, it appears that the system does not detect if a patient already has an existing account but creates a new one using a different email or phone number after being referred by an existing client. This creates a loophole where returning patients could take advantage of the referral discount by simply using a different set of credentials.

    To ensure the integrity of the program and streamline our workflow, we strongly suggest integrating a verification system that checks for duplicate accounts.…

  14. Add integration capabilities with Rupa Labs to streamline lab test ordering and results management. This integration would allow healthcare providers using Boulevard to:

    • Seamlessly order lab tests directly through the Boulevard platform
    • Automatically receive and store lab results in patient profiles
    • Track pending lab orders and results
    • Send automated notifications to patients about lab results

    This integration would enhance Boulevard's functionality for medical spas and healthcare providers while providing a more streamlined experience for both practitioners and patients.

  15. We would love to automate reminders via text/email that are specific to the procedure being performed.

    For example, a microneedling patient may get a text reminder 3 days prior to their service to stop retinol, and another text the morning of the appointment to remind them to start their numbing 1 hour prior to their appointment time.

    This could also be applied post-service as a way to follow-up, so a filler patient may get a text the following day to check in on them, or a laser patient could get a follow up text 3-7 days after their appointment.

Being able to quickly reference what membership or package a client has, as well as the number of unused vouchers they have from the high level would save clicks and alert the front desk of any actions they may need to take with the client (eg. selling a new package, setting next appointment date based on new voucher generating).

  17. It is imperative to have data on New Clients who have just booked an appointment. We have huge marketing ad spends and that data needs to be at our finger tips. I have no way to verify that my marketing is driving the customers in aside from manually clicking every appointment and viewing customer profiles, with 30-40 appointments a day this is not a possibility. This is a must fix.

  20. Add a button we can select that will show all cancelled and rescheduled appointments on the day we are on's calendar view so that we can understand openings better and track to make sure clients that cancelled all are rescheduled
