we want the ability to require multiple staff to be present/booked/busy for a single service so that different parts of the service can be completed by relevant staff

Multi level filter in clients tab
Users are trying to filter an email marketing list for a specific service provider to target clients who have seen that provider at least three times.
Currently, when using a filter to a certain staff member and adding a second filter for visit history 3+ the system pulls clients who have visited three times total, regardless of which provider they saw.
t would be helpful to add the ability to filter based on visits with a specific provider only, as the current setup can be misleading and limits targeted marketing.

Adding packages, products or vouchers to the patients account with out having to process a sale.
Having the ability to add Packages, Products, Vouchers, Memberships and Gift Cards in the patients profile with out having to process it as a new sale. If a patient is given a free service for future use or wins a give away (something to this extent) it would be nice to be able to go to the patients profile and just add these items to their account. Right now it just shows if they have purchased a package. I believe we can remove these items but we cant "add" anything.

Allow secondary phone numbers and email addresses for clients
We end up with lots of clients with two profiles. Often times they end up with a second profile because they used a secondary email or phone number to book online. Having an option to match all of these to one profile would help prevent the continued creation of these redundant profiles

Hello, we need to get the date of our GFE it autofill. Is this something that can be added to our client profile?

Allow subscribe forms to be embedded on a website
A lot of my patients have been asking me for a subscribe form to subscribe to our marketing. This would also be helpful when I go to events to have people fill out their info and check yes for subscribing to emails and sms.We need to be able to embed a marketing submission form that I can put on my website where if a client fills it out, it saves their information to boulevard so they can subscribe to our marketing.

Underage Client specialized rules
It would be extremely helpful if, based on a client's age, we could set special parameters for them. And when that client turns 18, the system (using the Date of Birth in their profile) can automatically turn those parameters off.
Implementation: When creating a form or chart, a toggle switch for "Underage Version", that allows you to change wording to parent/guardian signature and such, and maybe an option that forces the signature to be handwritten (thus allowing the business the verify if it looks like the parent actually signed and not the underage client). a report I can pull with appointments that were assigned to 1 person for a particular day, even if they were later cancelled or moved to another provider? We are trying to find the impacts of a particular provider with excessive absences.

Pro App: View loyalty points via client profile
Loyalty points are visible in the client profile via the dashboard but not on the Pro App. Most employees use the app so they should show the same info.

Service Price Menu Option
Salon services can include variables that may increase prices of individual services. It would be easier to manage clients' expectations if an optional plus sign could be added to the end of custom price settings, to signal a potential increase in the cost of services.

MED SPA MUST! Allow text boxes to be used for charting on images
Allow text boxes to be used on charting on images. Ensure the text box is "sticky" this will allow for cleaner unit charting for services such as botox and fillers. Handwriting between providers varies and the pin box causes too much chaos on an image. its not precise or clean. This would also allow for laptop charting to be more efficient. This is a med spa must.

Click on stylist's schedule and add a new client as you are booking them with that stylist
Being able to click on a stylist's schedule and add a new client as you are booking them would be fantastic!
