  2. We have a booked forecast by staff summary which is used to track appointment volume by provider at each location, but it's also important to know how many of those appointments are for new clients. this helps understand the distribution for the following week/month.

  3. When using Groupon or other services where customers are not paying US directly, the only way to TAG that (mark this as a groupon pmt, for example) is to create a 'product purchase' for '$0.01' = since we do not enter (or know) the actual REAL total amount we are ultimately getting... (this applies to several third party partners that take a commission on a sliding scale)

    Can you please make the "Other Payment" option available EVEN when the total is $0.00??

    This would GREATLY improve our Reporting options!!

  4. You are currently not able to edit or delete a specific shift for shifts that are inputted with the recurring schedule feature. You should be able to edit a single recurring shift for an employee without it affecting their entire future schedule.

  9. Looking to streamline interoffice staff communications.

    Need interoffice staff communications like a CRM, notifying staff of things like: Policy update changes (with an alert with checkbox to acknowledge), as well as reporting on action taken and completion.

    Also looking for staff to text between rooms as well.

  11. Please make it so that add-on services can be added at check-out (just like we add-on retail products) instead of having to go back and edit the original appointment. It messes up the calendar and adds so much extra work for the person checking out the client.

  13. Disabling the cancellation setting and having them contact the salon to reschedule or cancel. Ive never had so many cancellations until I moved to this platform. I haaaate it!

  14. I wanted to suggest a feature enhancement that would significantly improve workflow for providers. Currently, there is no direct functionality for lab ordering or generating lab requisition forms within the platform. This results in extra manual steps, including creating lab orders outside of the system, storing them separately, and emailing them to patients via other tools.
    It would be incredibly helpful to have a feature that allows providers to:
    Order labs or select from common test panels directly in the EMR
    Generate a printable and savable PDF lab requisition
    Email or securely share the lab order with patients through the…

  15. Please stop adding the business charge to the daily performance, business charges are a PART of the service not labor and its confusing my new staff when they see business charges inside the daily total and always think something is being taken from them. PLEASE I beg you just show them the total they can earn commission on, not the business charge so they can see what to expect on their pay. They always think money is missing

If a client comes in and states they would like to do the same treatment they did for something in the past it is so easy to look at the history in their chart for a daily post but now using a treatment record it is time consuming to look and find a specific date and treatment. Wondering if the notes in charts can be transferred automatically to the the notes in the patient history to easily see what was done.

  20. Our previous platform allowed us to send texts or emails at a designated time, for example, 3 days after a select appointment type. This allowed us to send aftercare instruction specific to a treatment. It also allowed us to send an automated text follow up. Need more customized options for sending text and emails.
