PLEASE stop showing the business charge in performance. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. It confuses my new staff

Please stop adding the business charge to the daily performance, business charges are a PART of the service not labor and its confusing my new staff when they see business charges inside the daily total and always think something is being taken from them. PLEASE I beg you just show them the total they can earn commission on, not the business charge so they can see what to expect on their pay. They always think money is missing

    Im adding this comment because this is beyond vital for me right now. I have had 2 hour long conversations about how we cant pay commission on color and the the business charge is the "cost of color" and still they think I am not paying them commission on something.
