  1. currently when exporting a beta report you have to save to keep your customizations to exporting. It should export as is without having to save.

  3. It's a pipe dream, I'm sure— but it would be amazing to have a full duplicate instance of our account so our trainees can work on everything BLVD without the risk of messing anything up.

    All the training materials are great, but since there is no sandbox, our trainees have to work on live clients and schedules, which then requires someone to be with them to ensure they don't accidentally make a big mistake while learning.

  4. One of the biggest issues with this practice management platform is the lack of operational workflows truly aimed at improving each practice's management of their business.

    We need to be able to have unique customizations directly through boulevard as we are not paying to utilize BLVD as a merchant processor but rather for our practice operational needs and medical records. Not giving us an option to create a unique experience that fits our brand is disheartening to say the least.

  5. Wondering if there have been any updates on this request? Again would like to convey the importance of this as it is essential to our brand and our ongoing willingness to continue to be patient with boulevard. I am not sure if the reason boulevard cannot do this is because of the fact that it wants to control how patients are being navigated with communications through boulevard to only optimize boulevard and its search engine optimization?

  10. After Entering their Allergies and Medications their client profile, Medications and Allergies should be more importantly displayed AND be able to be editied by provider or in the portal by the client.
    I know I change my supplements all the time, a lot of our clients do the same. It would be nice to have a mediations list and history of edits to look at when evaluating their health and skin.

  11. When Pulling up the Products Sales Report, Packages are Included. If they are a retail Package I can understand but Service Packages do not belong in this report. Yes, we can exclude each one but not the entire category which is time consuming and clunky, which leads to errors.

  13. It was far easier to follow credit history before the "wallet" update. You could expand and read notes within the same window. Now we have to click on the order number and go to a different screen. Much more inconvenient. Can we have that feature back?

  16. Clients are booking appointments for their friends. A friends name and phone number NEEDS to be required. This should not be optional! We need to contact the client and we have advanced paperwork. This creating a mess in our system!! Please require and name and phone number. AND dont allow clients to change their profile name to a friends... this is also creating a mess of accounts.
