Allergies and Medications
Allergies and medications are not as visible on the patient profile as they should be, and this is a patient safety concern.
This information needs to be more prominent and easy to access at a glance. If it’s buried or requires extra clicks, it increases the risk of missed allergies or medication interactions. Making this more visible would help providers make safer, faster decisions and improve overall patient care.

Client Profile Critical Info (Medications, Allergies, Cautions) Easily Viewed and Edited
After Entering their Allergies and Medications their client profile, Medications and Allergies should be more importantly displayed AND be able to be editied by provider or in the portal by the client.
I know I change my supplements all the time, a lot of our clients do the same. It would be nice to have a mediations list and history of edits to look at when evaluating their health and skin.

DO NOT delete messages from a clients profile when their phone number changes
When a client changes their phone number , it erases ALL messages tied to that phone number. This is frustrating. Sometimes we refer back to past conversations for information, photos, etc.We are a med/spa office and rely on our system to keep track of all important info such as messages between client, Charting, etc. This would be the equivilent if all of a sudden medical carts went missing. Please fix this

Add-On Groups + Selection Requirement
It would be great to have our add-ons sit under specific groups for online booking, as well as having the ability to make it a requirement for each specific group (similar to Service Modifiers).
Use Case: Nail clients are required to select a design (or no design) and removal services (or no removals) for each time they book online. Reasons for this is because some clients do not select designs or removals, but want/need them, and it becomes inefficient having to reach out to clients to inquire about these two add-on services, then needing to reschedule appointments to accommodate.

Client profile notification when you are leaving the page without saving
Just like when you leave a service without saving, a notification pops up asking if you still want to leave and if you would like to save and exit.

IPAD upgrades
Fixing IPAD checkout issues.
-Fix the issue where if the Ipad app is not on, it should not allow you to checkout the client (currently it automatically charges the card on file without asking for gratuity).
-allow clients to still leave a gratuity after applying a full credit (i would have to leave a penny as a balance in order for it to allow a gratuity)

If a client pays cash and no change can be given, it should automatically be placed as a credit on the patient's account to be used toward in the future.

Drip Membership
I’d like the ability to create a drip-style membership program where clients automatically receive different vouchers, perks, or rewards on specific months of their membership. For example, one month might include a voucher for service A, while another month could include a voucher for service B. The goal is to have these benefits distributed automatically based on a set schedule, rather than all at once.

guest does NOT have to put an email in just to see if there is openings
When the client is looking for an appointment online, please make it where they don't have to put in an email just to see if there is an opening. Once they see there is an opening and they are ready to book... then have them put in an email.

detailed line item for order history
when scrolling through a client's order history, it should say the detailed line item of what the client actually purchased instead of just the order number. this would make it much easier to see the date a client actually purchased something, or made a first payment and a second payment toward something. it is inconvenient to have to click and open individual orders to find out what the purchase was for.

Adding the spa home location in the main client list would be very beneficial.
Adding the client's main spa home location to the main client list would be very beneficial. Since this information is vital for many specific functions, it would improve efficiency. Filtering and then searching for the specific profile is slower.

gift card terms and conditions
Please add a place to add Terms and Conditions for Gift Card purchases to the recipient email that is sent. Expiration dates, blackout dates, etc.. the client that receives the gift card is unaware of these.

Ability to toggle back to the date of sales
For this example, imagine it is 11/20/25. I need to look at sales for 11/5/25. I want to check multiple transactions/order #s for that date. After viewing each order to go back to 11/5/25 I need to do the extra step of filtering the sales for that date again. It would be most helpful to be able to return that specific date with a back arrow vs needing to filter all sales again.
