I have only just been on Blvd for one month but the ability to see client Charts is really lacking and I can only imagine the time it will take to sort through Charts which is essentially our full patient visit history once I have a year or two on Boulevard. There is no where to see all Charts in one place and the fact that they are not tied to the appointment/service clearly visible anywhere (except History which is only on the dashboard) is also very concerning. Would love an upgrade that allows providers to more easily view all…

  2. Why can't we see all booking activity like a "booking history" section that shows all activity (new appointments booked, rescheduled appointments and cancelled appointments) for the entire clinic and have the ability to select a date range as well. This is available on Aesthetic Record and I'm surprised Bouelvard does not have this feature.

  3. It would really improve our provider workflow and ability to audit their client orders if there was an Order column on the Schedule screen. We also need the ability to select a date range on the Schedule screen rather than just seeing one day at a time.

  5. we accept checks, and each month when i balance reports, I need to filter through all "other" method charges, and list out the checks. Could checks be included as an optional payment method?

  6. Why is there no way to send forms digitally?! My clients are not receiving there forms via email, and our for fill out went from 75% to practically 0. This is very frustrating considering every other system I have worked with has this option. This is a necessity to protect our businesses and not having this done before the client arrives wastes time.

  8. Have the ability to prioritize stylists within the online booking flow (employees vs independant contractors) if a client were to select "first available" giving the employees priority over independant stylists.

  10. The ability to print this report with out having to save it as a PDF. I am a pen to paper kind of person. I end up having to save all of the individual reports prior to printing. Its an unnecessary step. Then I have to go back and delete them. Another step, not needed.

  11. We are looking for a more advanced charting and checkout system that creates a seamless transition between treatment consents, documentation, and patient checkout. Ideally, the system would allow treatment consents to link directly to the checkout process while also documenting the products used, including corresponding lot numbers and expiration dates. This information would automatically deduct products from inventory, allowing for more accurate tracking, traceability, and overall inventory management.

  13. You should be able to sort the list of charts and forms to JUST show charts or JUST show forms. It is easy to mix them up when you are clicking back and forth between these.

  14. Our team would love to have a same-day appointment reminder feature added to the booking system. In our previous software, whenever a client booked an appointment for the same day, the system would automatically send a same-day text or push notification as a reminder.

    Our staff does not want notifications for every appointment—only for same-day bookings. This selective option was extremely helpful because it reduced no-shows for last-minute appointments without overwhelming staff with unnecessary alerts.

    We are requesting the addition of a similar feature in our current system: an option that triggers an automatic reminder only for same-day appointments.

  16. We would love the ability to quickly see which clients are members directly from the appointment calendar.
    Right now, there’s no visual indicator that differentiates members from non-members when viewing the schedule. Having this would help our front desk and providers:
    Personalize service and care
    Ensure members receive their correct benefits
    Support upsells, retention conversations, and consistent guest experience
    Reduce time clicking into each client profile to check status
    Suggested Improvements:
    A small badge or icon (e.g., “M” or “Member”) on the appointment block
    Or a color highlight/label option specifically for members
    Or the ability to toggle “Show Membership Status”…

  17. Any appointments that are made directly on the calendar currently the system automatically overrides any double booking rules that may have been in place. This is completely insane that the double booking resource only works for online appointments booked as most practices book appointments over the phone as well as accept online bookings so it would only make complete sense that online and internal booked appointments can both be attached to the same service resource especially when there is only 1 machine.

  19. When clients check in to be able to put in how many minutes/ vouchers they are going today, then we just have to check out on our side, When they put in their information pop up with what service they are there for, then how many minutes, and what they have left if possible?

  20. Vouchers are great for our tanning system but putting someone in to redeem 5 minutes=1 voucher if people go 20 we have to click it 4 times for every check out. and in the wallet tab to void w have to do it one at a time also. would be nice and so much easier to type in how many we want to void or redeem depending on the task.
