  2. It would be great to have the price of a base service available, along with add on options/pricing BEFORE selecting a provider. It is very frustrating to not know that information. We have had potentially new clients call, while looking at the booking screen, concerned that if they select a provider they are locked in to booking without knowing the price.

  4. I’d love to see Boulevard introduce more flexible, Podium-style review flow settings—specifically the ability to direct clients straight to Google without internal screening.

    Right now, the current workflow adds friction at a critical moment:

    Clients are first asked to complete an internal survey
    Then must find and click a small “Leave a Google Review” button
    Then repeat the process again on Google

    This multi-step experience significantly reduces conversion. Even highly satisfied clients drop off.

    From a modern reputation management perspective, the goal should be frictionless, one-tap review generation at peak satisfaction—not added steps.

  6. Salon services can include variables that may increase prices of individual services. It would be easier to manage clients' expectations if an optional plus sign could be added to the end of custom price settings, to signal a potential increase in the cost of services.

  12. We will be offering some wellness options that would require multiple bookings for the same service at the same time. Example: sound bath and yoga. This would also be helpful for some events that we host and we will be able to better manage the bookings, pay and reminders if Boulevard had this option.

  14. We offer "Couples Memberships" where each person can share the same benefits. Currently the system only supports shared vouchers and not a shared offer code. It is only applied to the purchaser and not the "Shared" guest. It would be extremely helpful if sharing the offer code could be applied to "Shared" person so they also receive the member benefits without having to manually discount the 2nd person.

  15. when clients want a copy of all previous payments, they come to us, and the onyl option we have for that is to print off every receipt and fax it to them. emailing receipts is not always the best option for the client. a way to bulk print or see bulk payments would be great.

  16. Clients are confused when their 60 minute massage appointment says it will be 75 minutes long (due to time to get into room, change, get up and out, etc..). It would be great if we could edit the time that is shown on appointment confirmations so they are not confused!

  18. I’d like the ability to add a client’s credit card information in the Professional app, similar to the Wallet tab on the dashboard. Since I’m not always at the front desk or the front desk is busy checking a client out, having this feature in the app would enable me to streamline appointment booking.

  19. It would be really helpful if sticky notes or chart alerts could pop up automatically when opening a patient profile or appointment.

    For example, if a patient has an important note like “Allergic to numbing cream”, “Patient frequently passes out" or “Red flag patient”, it would be ideal for that information to appear immediately rather than relying solely on tags or digging into the patient record.

    Tags are great for categorization, but pop-up notes would ensure that urgent or safety-related information is seen right away by anyone working with that patient.
