I am looking for a report that shows appointments that were on the schedule and NOT billed. This would be an "end of day report" to ensure all clients and appointments were checked out appropriately - even if it is billed out at $0.00

Add-On Services Booking with Different Stylist
It would be great have better customization over the Add-On Services by allowing someone to add-on a specific treatment before their haircut with their regular stylist.
Currently the system only allows Add-On's with a stylist who can perform both services.
This would have the opportunity to increase bookings and treatments in the salon if the client has better visibility to it when booking online.
This would also simplify the booking process by allowing someone to book a color service, and add-on a haircut with someone else without having to go back and add an additional service

charting
I really like BLVD so far, but a lot of the users on this platform are providing medical treatments and the charting system should reflect that. I want to be able to have lab results integrated, as well as a way to chart a visit of any kind without having to make a form. Ive never had to make forms with other systems. BLVD should include a more medical/professional charting system.

See names of people who interacted with our blast campaign
When we send out blast campaigns via text or email it would be nice to see the names of the people who clicked on our ad and not just the number of people who interacted so that we can effectively market towards those people.

Only use the Location Name, not Business Name, in appointment confirmations and reminders
Ability to only include the Location Name in client communications to avoid confusion as to which location they have booked for.

Please add Cancellation Data to Reports so I can add that to the list of data I pull.
I would like you to add additional fields to the Reports. Specifically related to cancellations. It would be great to see # of No Shows, # of Cancellations and Reschedules so I can add them to the report I pull.

Enhanced Sign-Off Workflow & Expanded Text Capacity
As a Co-Founder and Aesthetic Nurse Specialist, I often review and sign off on forms completed by our estheticians at the direction of our Medical Director. Currently, because I also have sign-off privileges, any form I create does not have the option for the Medical Director to add their sign-off.
To support compliance and clear documentation, we need:

Annual Charting
What we really need is a way to ensure that, for specific services (like Botox, filler, microneedling, laser resurfacing, IPL, vitamin shots, mid-depth chemical peels, micro laser peel, dermaplaning, and sclerotherapy), a medical professional signs off that the client is medically cleared to receive treatment.
We want this to be automated for the Medical Director to signoff on annually per patient.

expiring charts
it would be nice if we can set an expiration date for chart notes like we can for forms. in the medical world we need to complete a good faith exam yearly and place standing orders. it would be nice if we can set the chart note to expire at a year and pop back in to their next appointment as a reminder for compliance. thanks!

Mobile Message Availability
I think it would be beneficial for companies or providers to have access to messages through the mobile app instead of only on the desktop. That way providers are able to see messages when they are out of the office for rescheduling or conflicts or even confirmations.

Have option to export upcoming appointments from Suspended employee
An option to export the upcoming appointments for a suspended employee to csv or excel would be helpful as we sometimes want this report rather than working exclusively through Boulevard.

Pre-treatment time that does not block the providers schedule
I would love the ability to create pre-treatment time (e.g., numbing) that is part of the patient’s appointment but does not block the provider’s schedule.
For example:
A patient books Sculptra from 10:00–11:30.
From 10:00–10:30, the patient is numbing in the treatment room, but the injector is not needed yet.
The injector should remain available to see another patient until 10:30, when the injection portion begins.
Right now, if I build numbing into the service duration, the provider is blocked unnecessarily. If I split numbing into a separate service, patients can’t easily book both online in one step.2 votes -
Ability for members to view vouchers remaining on account
Guest are very confused by it appearing that they will be charged the entire fee, when they have vouchers on their account. It would be nice if the verbiage was larger regarding vouchers and also if guest could view how many vouchers they have on their account when they log in.

Sign ups for memberships should be $0, then charged the first of the following month. Not charged the day the client signs up for the membership

Improve service provider communication about changes to appointments
Send notifications to service providers when their clients reschedule an appointment online. We, currently, only get notifications if there is the client schedules or cancels an appointment.
