Please send me a notification every time a service providers schedule is blocked.
My service providers have the ability to block themselves in case of emergencies or things that come up. It would be ideal to be able to monitor how often this is occurring to keep track of this.

sell retail only from app
It would be great if Boulevard allowed retail-only transactions directly from the mobile app, without requiring an appointment or service. This would be especially useful for pop-up events, community events, or any time we're working outside the office and only have access to the app. It would allow us to sell skincare and other retail products on the go while keeping inventory, sales reporting, and customer purchase history synced within Boulevard.

Allow more granular form filtering on the schedule view
The schedule view is helpful but missing a key feature for us: The ability to separate forms and charts in the filtering. The main use is to see what forms and charts are not completed, but I cannot separate the two in the filtering.
Looking for which ones are completed fall into two main buckets for us: Before the day starts we see which guests need to complete FORMS.
At the end of the day we see what providers need to complete CHARTS.

Allow editing when asking about using an existing client
When creating a new client there is the new popup asking if you want to use an existing client. This is super helpful to prevent duplicates, but sometimes isn't helpful when a client has a change of name or email address.
If a client has a new last name I end up either creating a whole new client and then merging later (if I remember) or I end up using the old one and hoping to remember the new last name to update it. On rare occasions I can use the old client profile and update the name immediately, but…

Make appointment notes visible on the calendar
With our old software, we could see notes associated with the appointment, so we could get key reminders at a glance. That would be so helpful to us!

call log
Would like a detailed call history like on weave. On weave we are able to see who has called us with time & date, which employee picked up the call, if employee attempted to call patient with time & date even if pt picked up the call how long it lasted, etc. We are also able to roll over our phones with weave. We can create a voicemail that will play when we roll over phones like during events when it's busy we don't do phones.

Merging appointments for the same client
Merge appointments for the same client without having to cancel one of the original single appointments that were booked separately. Merging appointments should be an option prior to them arriving on the day of their scheduled service as well. Similar to the reschedule and cancel buttons when you select an appointment - it would be great to have a merging option as well.

Option to organize client files by title, not by date uploaded
I am uploading old client files from a system we are getting rid of. Because this takes time, the old files are listed higher on the list than their most recent visits. This is a huge issue for practitioners trying to accurately treat clients. There really should be a way to organize by title, so I can control what is at the top by the title I put in!

Set CHARTS to expire after certain period
Similar to the recent update to FORMS, please allow CHARTS to expire after a certain period of time. This would be helpful for medspas where GFEs(Good Faith Exams) need to be redone every year. Thank you.

Add options to Pin Tool in charting
Add options to Pin Tool in charting. Like using "X" or inputting a word to use instead of numbers. The shape tool is not very user friendly, and the size magnifies uncontrollably when completing a chart

Font Size Option Across Boulevard Forms
We would like to suggest adding the ability to chose the font side on charts.
For some users, particularly those who are older or have vision difficulties, the current font size can be difficult to read and may require unnecessary eye strain.

API: Delete a card via client portal
Currently, there is no way for clients to manage their wallet via the client portal.
It would be great to allow clients to remove old credit cards on their own, while still requiring at least one card to stay (if they're a member, then it would need to be the one associated with their membership).1 vote -
tips
Suggest when a client tips .50 cents for the ai to detect that it's extremely low and that they meant $50. We have other software that detects abnormalities. It should automatically either put .00 behind the amount entered if it is two digits or it should pop up with a window if it seems way too high or too low in a custom tip such as .50 cents or 5,000 on a highlight.
