  1. Make it possible to choose image from clients previous chart-nice to have before and after in note or if we aren't changing anything in treatment plan, to just use previous image.

  2. It would be really helpful to have an option to pull a report listing all current packages with pricing and voucher details. Like a quick reference "master copy" for staff to refer to for pricing. I have staff that are part time and sometimes need to look up pricing (especially on items we don't sell a ton of).

    We can do this with services, but not the packages our services are in. It doesn't make sense not to have that option.

  3. make the desk top website more accessible for booking appointments and blocking times using an ipad or iphone. I am a manager and need access to everyone's schedule not just mine as I am not a provider.

  5. I would like an option to make it where they have to book in order for certain days. i.e. on Saturdays we are only here in the morning, never fails I have someone take that very last spot. Also on holidays where we are short days.

  8. I have client list data reports from Botox day that I would like to import. There currently doesn't look like there's an option to do so unless I add each client one by one. I want to be able to text and email blast that report of clients.

  9. It's actually insane that Boulevard doesn't allow us to customize the Receipt Note at the TOP of the receipt. It only allows us to customize a note that is buried at the bottom. We don't want to say "thank you for your business," because we have a much more dynamic and relaxed relationship with our clients. We have had to resort to using an outside software program to allow us to send a thank you email in our own tone instead of using the thing we pay for already. Please do better!

  12. When a client has several expired vouchers on their account it is difficult to toggle through the account without a delay. It would be easier if I could delete large groups of expired vouchers at one time. At this point I am only able to delete it on at a time.

  13. A metric to track how many appointments were scheduled (created) during the date range would be very helpful to know how productive the front desk was. It can be used to show a growth in front desk productivity in getting clients to rebook.

  17. Each staff member should have a booking link that they can send to clients so that that client or lead can only see their calendar. Instead they are also sending their potential leads and clients a link that also has their "competition" on there. Especially for businesses on BLVD that are booth rent.

  20. We currently have to use an external system to show staff their schedule one month at a time, meaning we have to create the work schedule twice so staff can see their shedule days with an easier view. Being able to let them see what days they're assigned from a calendar view would be very beneficial and time efficient.

    It also helps staff booking appointments in the future to know when everyone is available.
