  1. Add a percentage to zooming in and out of photos instead of just (+) and (-). This can be critical to getting the same look for photos in a side by side comparison.

  2. Gift cards should not have a monetary limit, which is currently set at $500, or a day limit (2 per day). We often have people purchasing gift cards well above the limit which means we have to do several transactions over several days to accommodate them.

  4. make the cash drawer count visible after the initial count so you can see how many of what denomination you have. making it visible for opening and closing count so you can see historical data of the count.

  5. We need a way to have specific amounts set for deposits, not just a percentage. Like $50 for some services, $100 for more expensive ones. For instance, Botox doesn't have a set price, so I can't use a percentage to take a deposit for the appointment. Taking the deposit manually for a specific dollar amount is SOOO much work when tox is such a common appointment.

  6. Customers email us frequently because they cannot join a waitlist because they cannot update their payment method. Customers should be able to easily update their payment method as it is needed in the booking flow so that they do not exit the booking process out of frustration.

  7. So I am currently a small salon. We dont have a need for a front desk currently. So when I am not here, if we have a walk in, my stylists didnt have permission to sell products. So I gave them access to the sales tab so they could create a new sale and sell products, but by doing that it gave them all access to the back end. Which they do not need to have access to. So I am looking for a new permission to be granted where they can create new sales, but not have access to…

  13. In-Store E - Gift Cards. We sell a lot of gift cards and we need to be able to sell e-giftcards online . is this something coming in the future? this is vital to our business during the holiday season and had I known this was not an option I might have chosen another platform to run business.

  15. Hello, sometimes our team gets booked too many pedicures and we have to toggle them off temporarily. Make an all in one toggle off so we don't have to go into each service item to do so. For example; Pedicures_________Toggle Off.

  16. On the desktop version the whited out areas are providers non-working hours, on the app the providers working hours are white. It's a complete opposite from one to the other and makes it unnecessarily confusing to not use the same color theme across both the app and desktop.

  19. If you set up buy one get one 50% off and select the promo code it discounts both items instead of the one that is lessor. It should let us select the item or automatically select the lessor item. It's easy to forget and then it discounts both items.

  20. It would be helpful to see the menu pricing when booking appointments. As of right now, if clients have questions about how much certain services cost, the only way to check on the computer is to fully book an appointment and go to check them out. It would be convenient if you could just add all the services they were interested in, and be told the total. (Because fully booking notifies all of the staff that they are booked and cancelled and it just gets messy and is a lot of steps) Doing it on the computer is so much…
