  1. We would really like a report that shows ratings (number of stars the client gave, location visited, service provider, and if they clicked to post the rating on google)

  4. Sell a package and reedeem in one transaction in checkout instead of doing two steps and refreshing the page!! This should all be seamless so we dont have to go back and forth from page to page it should sell it and deduct it all in one

  5. Cancellations fees are not a true discount. For accounting purposes, this data is inaccurate. It is actually revenue. It should be listed separately from discounts.

  7. It would be very nice to be able to set limits on certain types of appointments. I would like to be able to limit how many of certain types of appointments can be booked in a day.

  8. users should be able to click directly from any report entry into the specific transaction it relates to. This functionality will enable backend users to quickly identify and resolve errors or incorrect charges on items or services. Additionally, it will improve the accuracy and reliability of commission reporting.

  9. Staff should use last 4 digits of SS number to clock-in and out from reception IP only. Prevent clock-ins from other devices. This will prevent other staff clocking in and out for them.

  10. It would be helpful to see the menu pricing when booking appointments. As of right now, if clients have questions about how much certain services cost, the only way to check on the computer is to fully book an appointment and go to check them out. It would be convenient if you could just add all the services they were interested in, and be told the total. (Because fully booking notifies all of the staff that they are booked and cancelled and it just gets messy and is a lot of steps) Doing it on the computer is so much…

  11. Section 8 of the payment processing terms states that we are not able to have an expiration date on gift cards. Some states (and federal law) allow expiration of gift cards.

    Requiring small businesses to retain this as a liability simply as a term on your terms of service is not a very friendly practice. I would like to see the section updated to include language that we will follow all federal, state, and local laws concerning gift card expiration.   12. I know you have a "Change Log", but it would be nice to have a Message Center for your software cleints. This could be where you post communications Boulevard sends out to us. Such as communications regarding the change in how our CC deposits will appear on our bank statement from 5/3 Bank to Boulevard Labs, or the email that was sent our regarding the credit Boulevard was very reasonable in giving us for the software outage last week.   13. It would be amazing to have an option where new clients are automatically directed to the first available provider or appointment slot when booking online. Right now, new clients often select specific providers, which can delay booking availability and create gaps in schedules. This feature would help maximize booking capacity, improve client experience with faster availability, and better distribute new client traffic across the team. Even having this as an optional toggle in settings would be incredibly helpful.

I have removed the ability to change pricing at the front desk computer and i'd like to be able to go in and retroactively remember a client's price so i dont have to change it later, but this option seems to only be available when they have booked their next appointment or at check out. it would be really helpful to be able to add an accomodation like that at any time

We need the possibility to have the form in different languages, the idea is that boulevard used a translation service. could be integrating Ai or at least give us the option to create the form in English and create another one in other language, and the customer have the availability of switching languages. This last idea is is better so we ensure that the transaction is correct.
