SMS to clients without appointments booked
The new SMS marketing tool allowed for UPCOMING APPOINTMENT options but not one of them is NOT BOOKED. We need a way to filter based on services and last apppointment say before 2 weeks ago but then to filter out those who have booked their appointment to be able to text blast appointment reminders that are tailored.

Scheduling Alert Email Notification
We would like our front desk to get an email anytime a client books online and has a scheduling alert in their profile OR if a client leaves a note in their appointment when booking online. This will prevent our front desk from missing important notifications and changes that need to be made ahead of time to an appointment can take place before the day-of.

Number stamp for chart markup
A "stamp" you press the number from a drop down and just stamp the number plain, no box. no line, where you put it is where it drops, more simplified for marking up charts.

Contesting disputes needs improvement
We need to submit files that are larger than 1mb and more than 750 characters. We have a lot to say and a large consent file with images that needs to be submitted. Creates challenges shortening these if we are going to attempt to win them

I need a cancellation for a period of time. Selected dates I can review all the cancellations for rescheduling.
A complete detailed cancellation list for a period of time. For Instance- wanting to send out a text blast to recent guests who have cancelled and not rescheduled yet.

Offer Code Limit x times per time frame
Offer Code cap per clients is great! We would love the ability to limit 1 time per quarter for an offer as well. Instead of having to create a new offer code each quarter.

Show commission breakdown for service providers
Need the option on the backend/accounting settings where employers can input commission % on/for each products/services/etc. so the service providers are able to see what they are actually getting paid for, for each item on a sales ticket individually.

add ons should appear before transition time and grouped with the service
It is confusing to have add ons appearing after a service's transition time. It would be nice to have them appear as the modifiers do or at least grouped with the service they are attached to.

Pre-treatment time with different service provider
In the med spa space, there is often work that needs to be completed by a nurse before the service can begin. It'd be beneficial to add an additional 'pre-treatment' time block, similar to processing time, that can be assigned to an additional provider to complete this work before the actual service provider begins the service

add a chart without attaching it to a service
Would be amazing for the provider to add a chart on the client profile without it having to be attached to a service. Sometimes we do follow-up calls on patients (way after their appointment) and want to be able to use the chart we created for it instead of just showing it in the "client notes"which can be difficult to keep track of, and no way to filter out
