  1. It would be very helpful to assign text messages to staff members. Staff will start a conversation and it's helpful if a response comes in while they are with a patient to assign to them and alert them it's needing their attention.

    Introduce a visual alert on a customer’s profile when they have canceled their membership, similar to the existing "Past Due" badge. This would help frontline staff quickly identify a client’s membership status at a glance.

    Proposed Functionality:

    A "Membership Cancelled" badge or alert appears prominently in the customer profile when their membership is no longer active due to cancellation.

  9. Would like to be able to sell something to patients outside of an appointment. Can you somehow disconnect the idea that all forms, invoices, etc must be connected to an appointment? It would be more beneficial and business friendly if we were allowed to truly function in the capacity any back office would. Not all services or items that need to be completed are always in relation to an appointment when it comes to primary care which is the way the majority of weight management operates.

  10. We need a way to see if patient charts have been closed. First a quick “lock open or closed” on the front desk page to see if charts are open/closed as well as a report showing open charts. This is super important for proper chart compliance.

  11. Since we have our cancellation policy set to 24hrs before any penalties, clients recieve the following message the day-of: "Free cancellation or modification before Mon, Nov 3, 2025 at 5:00pm CST. After that, changes will result in a charge of 50% of your appointment total."

    The above statement does not account for the fact that it is already the day of the appointment. Thus, it confuses the clients as the deadline date to cancel and/or modify their appointment has already passed. This could be rectified in one of two ways:

  12. There are required consent forms for underage clients, so it would be very beneficial and reduce potential errors to be able to manually add a form to an appointment via the API if the client's age is under 18. Otherwise, it must be manually added upon checkin or checked ahead of time by a Hello Sugar employee to send out, which could be missed.

  14. We need the ability to directly link each commission line item to its corresponding transaction or client record. Providing this level of traceability would streamline the transaction verification process, reduce time spent reconciling payroll, and minimize the risk of commission errors.

  16. Blvd is great from the admin side, but it's customer facing side is TERRIBLE. I need ya'll to prioritize fixing this.

    Hey Asenath, thank you for all your feedback! We've noticed that you've left comments across several ideas, many of which relate to booking. We're doing a lot of research on the next iteration of self-booking right now, so our product team will be reaching out soon to schedule a call with you to gather more feedback.

    On average, our default scheduling settings drive significant efficiency and increase business' service sales 30% in the first year using Boulevard. That said, we're also aware that the factory settings don't work for every business, and might not be the best fit for your business. With the latest Precision Scheduling refresh at the end of March, we now have more options for configuring self-booking, like adjusting the number of available times we offer to clients.   18. We need an easy way to identify and reactivate clients with vouchers that have recently expired or are expiring soon. Right now, the only option is to do Excel surgery, which takes over half an hour and still doesn’t give me a reliable list of clients. This process is incredibly frustrating for me and for our staff who do reminder calls and texts. The current reports do not show vouchers which are in an expired state at the moment in which I draw the report.

  20. We are an IV hydration and wellness center so it would be nice if vital signs were able to be put in automatically. Height and weight with BMI calculation is important because we also do medical weightloss. This is very important to have the BMI calculated for us.
