  1. Would be nice to be able to set a lead time requirement for certain services so they could only be booked out more than X days ahead.

    Example: custom color requires us to phone consult with client for color and also where they are coming from, then order said colors and wait for delivery. So at current we either have the option of having it bookable online and then calling and rescheduling if we need more time to order or we don't have it available for online booking all together.

  2. There should be an easier way to terminate an employee. There are currently too many steps to make this happen and future appointments get missed and then disappear. Then clients show up for appointments that don't exist on our end.

  3. To give the staff a UI of visual waitlist appts that in turn would increase chances of fulfillment.

    I'm thinking it would be a visual showing of pending appts, where as a manager could lock the view ON or OFF so that no matter what staff are seeing it. Dragging those appts onto the schedule or rescheduling them to a service providers column would be the same as booking the appt and removing it from the waitlist. If someone said they want service 1 that takes 30 min and anytime after 12pm, then dragging that 8hr pending appt and dropping…

  11. Right now once you get to 25 notifications, that is all you see. I would love the option to see more than 25 notifications in the alert area.

  15. When you are editing resource/room assignments, it would be great to just drag and drop without a confirmation message request to client. I understand the need to send edit on STAFF, but not on room assignment.

  16. Confirmation emails to include the service provider's name. This will help us prevent last-minute confusion or cancellations for clients who intended to book with another provider, or a provider of a certain gender.

  19. We have some offers for customers, friends and family, and employees. We have some offer codes set to auto apply. When our front desk checks out an employee for example the system allows offers to be stacked. There should be an option under each offer to allow or not allow offers to be stackable.

  20. If on different timezones, would make sense to have range spanning first time zone but keep red-line of "now" correct across all locations.
