reschedule page
A page like the cancellations page that shows only rescheduled appointments. Often times a client will reschedule same day, close to their appointment time and I cant find who it was, like their name to see if it is a common re occurrence.

Service Product Tab
A service product tab for items that can not be resold but are only used during a service that also need to be tracked. So it is in its own location and not mixed with the retail products, the list can get too long

hippa compliance
When printing records for a patient there is not easy way to do it. You should have a function that prints the entire record easily. Currently you cannot print the notes section with allergies and such without taking a screenshot and having other client names in the background. That is not hippa compliant at all. Medical aesthetics clinics MUST be able to print the full chart with ease. Unacceptable.

Ability for business to complete form and send to client for signature
Agreements may require information that the business completes upon consultation. Then, it needs to be sent or turned over to the client for them to date and sign.
Forms/charts today are either fully completed by the client or fully completed by the employee, but not a combination of both.1 vote -

Updating Percentages to Staff Performance
Create report categories that shows percentage such as retail to service %, returning clients %, new client %, returning client %.

Calendar View
We need to be able to change out services on the calendar without it taking away from the Calendar view. Today for example, we changed out what our client did completely and you can see what she did in history but if you look at today on the calendar, her appointment is gone. If you switch out services, you should still be able to see it on the calendar.

Modify own appointments when multiple providers are booked
Need providers that have the 'modify own appointments' to be able to edit if multiple providers are on the same appointment. We do not want to enable 'modify all appointments' but still need providers to edit their services on an appointment when multiple providers are assigned.

make a report that will allow you to filter by payment method AND service category along with a date range
I want to watch the performance of a specific service category as well as how it is being paid for. For some reason you dont have this option anywhere. Expanded filters would be very good. So far I have found boulevard reports to be limiting and frustrating. MY old software from the 2010s had better reports. I'd love to see you improve this!!

Change cancellation emails to be from the business name, NOT Boulevard!!
Patients or clients don't know what boulevard is, when a cancellation email is sent out it shows that it is from boulevard, not my business name. This needs to be changed so it looks like its coming from the correct place, the business name, so patients/clients can actually open the email and it can serve its purpose. This has been brought up before here but clearly nothing has changed.

Is there a way that I can allow my clients to book hair cut clean ups or dustings only inbetween cuts.. Like after they have a hair cut .
what I wanted is to allow my clients to book a dusting or barber clean up in between their regular appointments. Whats happening is everyone is just booking for clean ups and not actual hair cuts. Is there a way that the app will only allow them to book the clean up haircuts after they have a hair cut? and to then allow to book another clean up they will have to have another hair cut?

We book out according to time spent and not what type of service the client wants. We would like to allow a service to show up differently for online booking and for booking internally. Example would be
Online service name: Haircut ... will show up as

Need a notification on schedule when forms need review. or even a report of what needs review

Logo Size
Our "logo" isn't a picture or design, it's the name of the business in fancy writing. In most every case where the square logo is present, we can barely read the words. It would be great if we could customize the size of the logo for different screens. Also, the self-booking overlay image has such a dark shadow over the top that you can barely even see the picture we chose. Please give us the option to change the intensity of that shadow.
