  1. if a client reschedules their appointment themselves they won't get an updated confirmation email and I need this. this has resulted in double booking themselves or just not showing up.
    Square has so many features BLVD doesn't and I think you could get a few tips from them? TY!

  2. Currently you can only see account credits for a PT under wallet. It would be helpful to see all account credits on the main profile page. It also does not show up at checkout for a PT. Have account credits and GC amounts visible through the PT profile tabs.

  4. When clients want to modify their appointments outside of our cancellation window - they can agree to the cancellation fee themselves instead of being forced to call the salon. This will help with "last minute" cancellations due to clients being unable to do so online.

  5. We want to be able to rename the existing client notes tab to be more aligned with our business purposes. We would also like to be able to add more tabs with custom naming conventions to align with our business practices.

  6. I would love if there was a native way for the system to give the option for stylist to receive full commission when doing an offer (the business takes on the cost of the discount) I know there is a work around for this (closing the discounted amount to other and then deleting the offer) but that kind of defeats the purpose if its a 1 time offer we'd like to track.

  7. I would love if there was a way for the client being referred to receive something other than a $ or % off. If we could tie a voucher for a specific service to the client being referred, that would be amazing!

  8. We have a lot of services so it would be great if the client can search for the service instead of having to find it one by one. Especially if they want more than one service in different categories. It's very important for a seamless client experience.

  9. It would be helpful if we were given the chance to manually check the "appointment update email" to the client instead of it manually sending them an email or text. Sometimes we adjust timing, processing, etc on the backend which the client doesn't need to know, and if unchecked, they're getting every little update we do behind the scenes.

  10. It would be great if we were able to allow links in our automatic texting response during off hours. Prior to BLVD, we used google voice, and we would write something along the lines of "Thanks for reaching out, but the salon is currently closed, if you're looking to book an appointment, you can do so online at www.blvd.com..." This way, it will take the client messaging the salon directly to our booking link. We also included our R+Co affiliate link to generate online product sales as well.

  11. It would be beneficial if we were able to adjust a ticket after it has already been closed out. With my previous software, I was able to change providers, services and break up a service if two employees worked on the same person for one service.

  12. I would like a report where I can see how many clients rebooked at the time of visit and what staff member rebooked them. Having this reporting data would make it easier to offer commission on rebooking and incentivize the front desk to get every client rebooked thus directly increasing business sales through future appointments booked.

  13. A setting for the tip to only be calculated from the total of the service and not include percentage of products sold. This way it is only suggesting a tip amount for the total of the service and not the skincare products that were added.

  14. When a client is booking online, previous booking systems had a visual to let you know there was an online booking happening but this system does not have a way to let you know when a client is booking online for the spot you are simultaneously booking someone on the phone leading to one of the clients needing to get rescheduled, which they are never happy about no matter how innocent the issue.

  17. We end up with lots of clients with two profiles. Often times they end up with a second profile because they used a secondary email or phone number to book online. Having an option to match all of these to one profile would help prevent the continued creation of these redundant profiles

  20. If a client has a failed payment the business needs to receive an email and be able to pull a report of all the past due bills and payments. Crazy this is not a built in feature.
