Intake Forms to include service modifiers
When creating/editing intake forms, it should also allow for service modifiers to be selected. When a modifier(s) is selected, the intake form will be sent to those clients. This is currently not doable

It would be amazing to be able to email or text a link to customers who call on the phone to make an appointment to secure their spot (less chances of cancellation) in addition, this would be nice for house calls as sometimes we service clients at home as part of our mobile services. Thank you

edit auto confirmation texts
I HATE the auto confirmation and reminder messages and I want to be able to edit them fully. I hate that you guys charge so much for text messages, even when it doesn't cost you anything. I hate that it's 5 segments for one reminder text. So that's my feedback

fresh clinics
I'd love to see some type of integration with fresh clinics for GFEs, consent forms and charting. We use fresh clinics for our medical oversight and were having to chart / consent forms twice. I think I'd be a great partnership for the two companies to have an easy work flow.

Please remove feature that readds discounts that have been manually removed when scanning product.
If I remove an auto discount manually, it re applies when scanning other products. This causes discounts to be accidentally stacked when the auto discount had been manually removed. With every additional product scan, I have to go back and remove the auto generated discounts that don't apply.

Fraud Prevention Alerts
We have a client who has been banned from all stores but keeps making new client profiles with different names (usually the same phone or email). Would like an option to set up email notifications or alerts if suspected spam / fraud accounts matching certain criteria are created and try to book. IE you could set an alert for the client name, email, phone, etc, if it's added into a new account & booking.

Ability to turn tip setting off for specific services
Since we provide aesthetic services and medical spa services. It would be helpful to turn off tip settings for specific services that it is not customary to tip on. For example laser hair removal or botox services. Having the check out screen bypass the tip setting for certain service would be help. A selection option on the service settings that says. "Turn off tipping for this services" would be helpful.

Time blocks that actually block time.
The processing time in an appointment will automatically overlap with a time block. This makes it difficult to schedule a lunch, for example, because if a client signs up for an appointment with an in-person time that fits before a lunch break, the processing time for the rest of the appointment will occur during the lunch break. If there isn't another person available to release the client, the original staff member doesn't get a lunch break. A simple toggle that nothing can overlap the time block would be helpful.

Make the "Add More" line in the booking overlay clearer
"Add More" in the booking overlay window is unclear. Clients don't understand they can book more than one appointment at the same time. It should say something like "Add Sessions to This Appt."

Allow invoices to be customized. If we are belatedly charging a
Allow emailed invoices to be customized. If we are belatedly charging for an appointment, they receive a receipt that TWICE (once in the subject line, once in the text of the message) contains the date of the processing, NOT the date of the appointment. If people want this, fine, but in an insurance-based clinic people are often charged after the fact for various reasons, and it is very confusing to receive invoices with the wrong date, especially if they need them for reimbursement purposes.

"Needs Review" Filter by Name of Form/Chart and Date Range to simplify approvals
Add a filter for Name of Form/Chart when reviewing and approving.
This will allow for a Medical Director or Admin to narrow their search down to just the necessary form/charts that they need to pay attention to. OR have a setting for "Approval by Medical Director" "Approval by Admin" "Approval by Front Desk" so when the appropriate person is approving forms and charts they only see the ones that pertain to them.
In addition to the name filter, allowing us to select a date range vs clicking through days will also reduce unneccessary work on those who are in highest…1 vote -
Easier Way to ID who has paid a non-refundable deposit
When a client pays a non-refundable deposit, mark it. So it is easier to search for those who have paid a deposit and have a credit on their account.

Custom Automated Marketing
Ability to create customized marketing campaigns based on Services, Products, and Staff.
Using filters and logic like the Blast Campaigns.
Also want the ability to send automated marketing based on events such as:
- Client Milestones
- Purchases (Memberships, Products)
- Post-Care Follow Up
- Membership Purchases
- Membership Renewals
- X Time passed with Unused Credits
- X Time passed with Unused Vouchers
- etc.

Users ability to see all locations without being assigned to them.
Currently, only an Admin can see all locations without actually being assigned to any of them. Therefore, they don't need to be listed in Manage > Staff.
Non-admins currently do need to be assigned. Businesses with a remote CX team then have to assign them to all locations, but can be confusing for franchise owners who have a new location and over two dozen staff assigned to it when they don't actually work AT that location.
It would be great to activate a user to have permissions to see all locations while NOT being an admin.1 vote -
Addition of date selector in the API report exporter for Discounts and Offers report
Currently, the Discounts & Offers report exporter has a limit of 1,000,000 rows. For larger sets of data, some rows will be missed entirely creating gaps. Having the ability to select a specific date range would reduce the overall size of the report and allow full exporting.
