Add Discount as a perk to for Packages & Perk requirement messaging
We would like the ability to add the Discount perk type to a package. Currently this is unavailable.
Additionally, there is no messaging telling you that perks are required to save a package - this would be helpful to add.

Client Records report - Allow filtering based on Client birthday month
We would like the ability to filter a the Client Records report by a Clients birthday month. The Report has a Birthdate column, but you cannot filter it - only sort.

Service Vouchers - Purchase Outside of a Package
It seems unnecessary to create a package for each service just to sell a voucher. Please enable the ability to sell a prepaid service without requiring package creation. Ideally, a service should be rung up directly, automatically generating a voucher.

This would allow us to bill clients remotely without them having to make a trip in the suite, spa or medical office.

Bring back ability to add vouchers to client payment method manually
I love the packages and the automated addition of vouchers when purchased. However, there are still plenty of circumstances where we need to be able to gift or add a voucher to a client's wallet for future redemption (customer satisfaction, an error was made during their service, their results aren't quite what we hoped, etc). Right now it takes way too many steps to get it in there correctly (purchase of a package at 100% discount in order to get the voucher added to the client - them manually voiding the extra vouchers in order to leave only the vouchers…

Make check out from the mobile app more convenient/Sync with Duo
Duo should link to mobile app or allow tap to pay on mobile app like Square features. Square allows you process the entire transaction from their app and its quite easy/helpful.

Message among staff and provider
be able to attach a message staff or provider regarding patient questions, concerns or reminders. The messages should be able to be attached to the patient chart for documentation but be viewed between staff and providers only

Allow clients and stylists to modify their appointment on a mobile device to enable add on or change, (or cancel with in the window)
From a mobile device a clients need to have the ability to modify an existing appointment. Currently, the have to delete the appointment then remake a new appointment with changes or addons. it only allows to reschedule or cancel

Don't make me re-type phone number when saving new client in messages
If I type in a phone number to text in messages and I need to create a new profile from there, it shows all new fields as blank including phone number. Makes no sense to type a phone number to create a new client just to re-type it. Or if a new number texts us, I usually have to write the phone number down to be able to save all their info. Please don't make things this difficult as our time is precious as a receptionist.

Need to autosave messages in the type box or in a drafts box -as leaving the page to check someone out and then coming back to a long message being gone is so frustrating.

Offer codes being valid on No cost item
Offer codes should be valid even if there is no cost to the initial appt. Offer codes are a vital way to track where your customers are coming from as well. Some of us do not charge a consult fee, so if a new customers sees an offer on instagram and clicks to book an appt and wants to redeem that offer, but the book a consult to talk about it first, we have no way of tracking that the specific offer is what brought them in. Duo Checkout 2025 - disappointing
Some minor updates were made to the Duo checkout process at the end of last year. Once again a disappointment...
As always with Boulevard it may boost their bottom line with another way to capture text revenue, but it falls short from an end user perspective. Create a secure way for multiple users of the same front desk computer to log in without having to change the browser setting of saving pass
Our front desk computer runs Chrome, and we have multiple websites that require multiple passwords that are autofilled when we need to access them. Having to manually enter a password everytime is tedious and time consuming. On the downside, it means everyone with a BLVD login can log in to eachother's profile. This means receptionists have access to admin info and without logging out, people make notes under the wrong profile.
There is currently no fix for this, but would be cool if you could come up with a workaround.1 vote
