Automatic Blocked Time between appointments instead of transition time. (Solves covid cleaning)
Another person requested and I agree with the idea to make a transition time at the end of an entire appointment, but perhaps a more efficient and flexible way to manage this would be having a toggle that by default adds blocked out time after an appointment with the Title "Covid cleaning" or whatever you want it to be in the options.
It would be taken into account when making booking availability searches and also, once you book the appointment, you can manually delete or edit the blocked out time where applicable. This would keep appointments from being booked too…

Offers that apply to combinations of service categories (Category1+Category2 = offer applicable)
We want to run a special where you get a Dollar amount off your bill or a percent when booking a combination of two service categories. (Nails+Feet for our salon) It would be nice to be able to create a rule that applies when they book one or more of a selection of categories together.
Also it would be nice to have the option to do a discount from the TOTAL appointment, not off the services specifically. So if they booked anything in category 1 and anything in category 2 they would get a blanket $10 off for instance. We…

Void order where a voucher is redeemed
Ability to void an order where a voucher is redeemed and therefore no payment is applied. Use case would be in the instance of a mistaken closed transaction or accidentally applied voucher where another payment method is preferred.

When I send to my team a PDF is easier to print. We also don't use any programs with excel or csv capabilities.

Allow clients to pick time for each service in the appointment
For a spa, clients should have the option to book appointments in any order - example: manicure before or after a facial or massage, etc.

Report showing return clients per stylist or Refine search filter
When a stylist leaves the salon, want to send a promo to their clients, but not just to any client that's ever seen the provider. We'd like to only send it to a list of clients that saw the provider on a regular basis. This could be an additional search option on the Client page as well

When finishing times are disabled from location it should remove any customized finishing times per staff.

Message Close button - Hold at top or move to bottom
We have to scroll all the way up the message, sometimes several months back to be able to close the message. The "tick" should stay on screen at all times or put it closer to the "Send" button. I understand though the risk of putting it there so maybe it's best to ensure that the Name, Number and Tick do not scroll out of site. Fix the CSS to hold it on the page.

When booking an appointment, temporarily place a "Currently Booking" hold
Until the other sessions for that time slot to avoid accidental concurrent booking for the same time slot.
In busy settings where there are multiple operators booking appointments, this would cut down on having to call clients and apologize that the appointment was unfortunately booked by another user despite 30 seconds ago letting them know the appointment was already made.

Open Search when rescheduling a ticket
Please provide a business level setting to require the reschedule button to bring up the appointment search. By using the calendar you are bypassing many of the safety features of Boulevard (resources, service limitations, etc...) it forces the front desk to know all of those limitations rather than having the software do it for them.

- Discount of the Gift Card Purchase
- Transaction made
For example: $25 gift card purchase amount, with a 20% off discount. Used the gift card to purchase a tumbler (retail price is $22.99), including $1.93 in tax which comes out to $24.92. They made a profit of $18.07.

A link to sell Products / Services not available publicly (online)
A service and/or product would have a "link to product/service" available for circulation to a client. It would particularly be helpful for anything that isn't offered publicly on our site or as a quicker way to get client to checkout for one item.
