  1. Many of our assistants tend to help a specific stylist each day. When checking in clients, if there was an option for another employee or assistant to be notified of a clients arrival along with the notification the stylist gets, it would give the client a better experience when an assistant is there to greet them immediately to begin their service.

    This is also especially beneficial to the front of house in the event that the front desk is too busy to step away to find an assistant.

  3. A way to alert the front desk that a form for a client has been completed

    Hey folks! Today we released a related feature: the schedule view.


    Accessible from either the Front Desk or Calendar views, you can select "Schedule" to view a list of any day's appointments and filter that list by the form's status. This will make it easier to see when staff or clients complete a form or chart, or who still has items outstanding. Learn more here, and we hope you enjoy!

  5. We are finding some employees accidentally clock in from home or clock in 40 minutes before their shift and if we could set a limit that would be ideal.

  6. Since we are a salon, we are finding that our employees are moving appointments to them to book themselves up or to move them to another employee. It would be nice if only certain privilege groups could do this.

  10. We offer nail art and don't know until after the service what needs to be charged, but instead of adding the same service multiple times, it would be nice to simply adjust the quantity of the service like we are able to adjust the quantity when selling a product

  13. Currently can only pause or set a future rebill date on an Active membership. Need to ability to Pause and set a future rebill date so that business does not have to manually reactivate billing and has accurate paused/active membership data.

  15. We are having clients add notes to their appointments when booking. For example, "Can I gift this to a friend?" or "I would like to add something else onto this appointment", etc. It would be great if a notification or icon appeared next to clients who fill this field out online since it is an option online.

  18. More refined permissions, beyond the current "Manage Business" or "Manage Location" tabs access level. They need the ability to grant permissions for specific tasks within this tab. For example, a business may want to permit a team member to manage inventory levels but restrict access to product creation, employee management, or other sensitive areas.

    This granular control would enable businesses to delegate responsibilities accurately while safeguarding critical operational aspects.

  20. Currently when switching between locations, if you're on a future date on the calendar and then switch to the other location, it jumps back to today's date. This is a hindrance when trying to book an appointment and you're trying to check the same date at both locations. It adds time and is annoying for the client if you have to ask them for the date a second time.
