  2. For example when there are 10 add-ons for each facial and we have 10 different facials I have to manually add each add on to each facial so either have them pre populate and just be able to check a box that we want them to be added or be able to create a group of "facial add-on's" to make adding them more efficient

  4. At this time, the add-ons and add-on categories must be individually added per service. We have many services with the same add-on services and we would like an easier way to toggle on/off rather than inputting manually.

  6. There's no way for stylists to receive these messages without checking their emails or viewing the web app. If there's not a notification for this we'd rather have this feature removed so clients aren't assuming we've received the message

  9. This is important especially for new hires, but for all staff. It's easier to see the pricing on the calendar for booked appointments and also to see pricing when they are booking a new appointment, in order to let the client know the price without fumbling.

  12. I work for a company that likes to use our iPad to check guests in and out. I want to be able to completely control our Front Desk menu from the iPad app so I can easily just drag our clients over the the appropriate section.

  13. Requesting to customize a product's unit price at the location level without altering the brand level. The reasoning behind this is that although we carry the same products across all locations, pricing based on city may differ.

  14. Requesting "Enabled" products at location levels visible. Currently, "all" products at location level are visible which results in each location seeing products that they do not carry. By locking this feature to "enabled", inventory becomes more seamless and clean.

  15. The tip should be viewable or logged so when checking them out it doesn't make the platform seem iffy to clients who are having to repeat their tip choice. Example, books with Jeff and tips $10. Appt has to be moved for some reason over to Paul. Then at checkout, client assumes everything is squared away, but we have to reinitiate whole checkout process as if Blvd didn't record any information during their self booking process. Would be nice if it showed that $10 tip to a different staff and then asked if we'd like to adjust it to the…

  16. Want to know when certain staff are running certain reports, when certain reports are being emailed to places, when those reports are being emailed where they should or shouldn't be. Also provides a clear understanding to staff that Boulevard is tracking these things and will deter employees running detrimental reports.
