  3. I know if they click the 4/5 review on the receipt they are then prompted to leave a google/ yelp review but NO client has done this thus far. It would be really nice to be able to set up an automatic email OR text that asks clients to leave us one on google, with a link attached. The reviews through BLVD are nice, but do not help my online presence as a business.

  5. ability to add multiple internal appointment notes along with who added the note and when. would help keep track of internal notes between multiple front desk members. similar to how rescheduled appointments show who and when it was moved.

  6. We are a sauna, our service providers are sauna cabins, so leaving a tip to the person cashing you out would be a great option. As well, there is no option to leave a tip for purchasing a product. We are about to move to a larger retail section and it would really be appreciated for clients to be able to tip the people that helped them.

  11. We tried to enforce credit cards with our old software and found it really offended our loyal clients so we had the ability to switch to only new clients booking online required a credit card.

  12. Including contact and emergency contact information. At current we can store this data about clients, but this potentially lifesaving information cannot be stored in platform on our own staff.

  13. I would love to see a recurring membership that can be used for all clients.

    For example- You can have an auto draft of $99 1x a month that is valid for $120 in services.

    I would like this member to be able to see any stylist regardless of price point. The membership can be good for retail as well as service.

  15. Recurring blocks should have how often they repeat noted on them. Also, the ability to create recurring blocks should allow for specific dates. Ex: a block is placed on the first Tuesday of the month. Instead of a block recurring every 4 weeks, there should be an option for the block to repeat on the first Tuesday of every month following.

  16. As a business owner, I would like to know how many referrals guests bring in to be able to reward them. If this were part of the report, it would be easily seen and tracked.

  17. It would be nice if there was any kind of export feature for appointment history. As a massage studio we sometimes have to send clients a list of appointments for insurance or legal purposes. Currently, the only way to do this is a series of screenshots, which looks horribly unprofessional. Having the option to include any appointment notes is crucial to this as well as payment information.

  18. As we have Unconfirmed > Confirmed > Arrived > Completed in the Front Desk view.

    It would be great to actually track exact time the client arrived. Was active and checked out with the exact time log. Boulevard already Logs this information, we just need a report of it.

    Example client Anna had a 1pm appointment but came at 1:10pm

    Stylist John took Anna at 1:15pm to his chair but spend 3.5 hours on her instead of the 3 hours allocated.

    Anna Checked out at 3:45PM, instead of ~3pm.

I am thrilled with the integration as we can nurture leads in mailchimp and send out monthly newsletters, but I am a little concerned that people will think we are spamming them since they already unsubscribed to our blvd marketing meaning they have to do it 2x. People who are marked as unsubscribed should receive no more emails from integrations
