  1. With the reception app, we were able to have the client select gratuity and then check them out via the dashboard. With the Duo, we now have to verbally ask for gratuity on all non-card payment methods. Would love to have the ability to send gratuity options to the duo app even for payments that don't require a card.

  2. The beta report filters for services only include the first 50? services offered. My list stops at the letter "F" I wanted to see information on Olaplex services, and I am unable to filter to them because the "include" filter stops at F. Please allow us the full capacity for filtering these reports.

  4. It would be great if we could apply promo codes on our end when an appointment is made. For instance, if someone calls ont he phone and we put the appointment in and they want to use a "new client discount" or something we won't have to worry about applying this later and it will already be there at checkout.

  6. Example, staff member goes on leave of absence, appointments for this provider must be cancelled. Then business hires or extends hours to another provider. Going through the cancellation list to manually see which appointments can be salvaged is possible but would be easier if the format was filter-able by date of appt and service provider.

  8. We have a lot of common treatments and services that are added on last minute to appointments and they're not always performed by the same stylist. It would be awesome to have a column of our most common add-on services rather than having to leave the checkout window to update the whole appointment and go back. We are glad we switched over from Booker, but that is something I seriously miss!

  14. Can we make the form tabs in client profile more secure? Please change this so only Admins and managers can see private information. Currently all employees can see all forms including Credit card information

  16. It is frustrating to have to use the Duo iPad app to checkout $0 services with no gratuity. There should be an option to just checkout and close without the duo/charge card being forced.

  19. The notifications for group bookings continue to be too subtle to notice on the calendar when glancing at the day's appointments. More overt color coding or icons would be incredibly helpful.
